look even I who'd never heard of omegaverse before this show can understand the dynamic of this Babe/Charlie relationship. All dramas are a work of fiction but this one doesn't adhere to the normal "human" relationship dynamic.
imagine yourself in wolf pack. the alpha normally is the leader of the pack. every other wolf in the pack comes after him including his own mate! I think it's very similar in this storyline. Forget Charlie for a second. men were approaching him in the club and he was shooing them away like dogs cause he was repulsed by their scent... it's that kind of Alpha/leader thing
