it's human nature basically. that's what jealousy does to a person. You would have thought Way would let Babe find happiness with Charlie but he wouldn't mainly because he's been in love with Babe for as long as he'd known him. so on the surface Way would justify his actions to himself based on the fact that Charlie is very shady (no one knows his motives) but deep down most of it is selfishness. so yeah he's only human
