Started this as found the pics of the leads cute and seemed a good storyline.Turned out quite good but the pace has been dropping (maybe they need tondrag this since it is 38 eps.)Am at ep 13 and the biggest plus so far is the female lead Guan Xiao Tang- not only is she very pretty but is also a strong performer in the action scenes.She is basically the male in the lead relationship).Ivy Shao seems to be the second female lead here ,and isbquite good too.
This show ,to me ,looks like a reverse version of Boys Over Flowers with the non violent (mostly) male lead being being an outsider In a school famed for its female fighters and champions and is quite a good taken on it
Beautiful show .Captures the school day emotions perfectly.The story was also pretty good and full of suspense .The Ost is used beautifully and the actors did ample justice to their parts.
Had been avoiding watching this as this one had poor ratings.

What a first episode! Beautiful set up,great acting by the leads.Kim Jung Hyun is acing it ..Seohyun is surprisingly good.Expecting one superb melodrama to unfold..

Well,when the said Robot is Namsin III and he is played so well by Seo Kang Joon ,it stops being cheesy and enters the plausible territory! Seriously,love both these shows..

See ,I like this show! I think this show is a success bcoz its satisfying a WIDE audience..You'll like this if you are a teen,an adult,an officegoer and a normal family person.While this may make the chemistry look flat (not too many long drawn kisses etc.),as you have observed,I think it was deliberately kept subtle.
The characters they have created are not offensive and quite likeable..I especially liked the kids playing the main characters.. Very natural actors and the writer focused on the kidnapping story Well,which was a major factor in me not moving on post ep 8..
Or maybe there is something in the story that keeps people interested-i see this show has spawned multiple remakes across countries.
I think that the korean drama was quite long..I think the Jdrama version may be better..I recently stumbled on the 2007 Jdrama version of "Hana Kimi" and found it much more natural and free flowing than its Kdrama version "To the beautiful you" .Writing and acting seemed way better in this Japanese version

Well,this was my first time liking SKJ -Hated his character in Cheese in the Trap enough to never pick up another of his shows again..AYHT erased those memories.
Sung Yeon is a rather pleasant find for me in this show..
The thing about AYHT is ,you end up liking all major characters-very sharp writing !
Utterly surprising Jdrama.Loved how it was free flowing,actors look far more innocent and natural than kdramas-a big plus! Love how the focus is on a group and not just 2-3 people-and the leads have natural chemistry
Showed where "To the beautiful you" with its idol stars and huge production values went wrong ..The story in this J version is much simpler and natural.
What a positive impact the show leaves! It is actually helpful in getting me to declutter my desk and surroundings.. I guess it is the natural way in which the cleaning process is shown here that sets it apart.And the cleaning wisdom is so good..
Never thought I would rate a Ha Seok Jin show as a top favourite..One of the best watches right now !

I think the show had many layers and I was also very fascinated with the childhood portions ,which are the crux of the story actually !
