Wow,the ratings finally crossed 10% .All the more commendable as this is a weekday cable channel prog.

Kang ki young playing Park Yoo Sik is seriously funny in this .I lost count of how many times I laughed at His scenes..Superb writing!

Seriously,the reference to the truck of doom gets me every time!!!

The Ost "The Way" by Park Hyo Shin is sublime.What a slow burn!.Maybe the best drama OST Of the year

With the experience of several long length dramas behind me,I fully subscribe to that.

While I agree that it is an uncomfortable watch, i think you should not overlook history.What needs to be given is a counterpoint to balance the narrative to avoid painting everyone black and white..I think Mr.Sunshine may actually do that

Would like to add my 2 bits here.The superstrong ratings and public love for this show is quite heavy and the show is fondly rembered till date by the cast as a landmark achievement for them
Kdramas have never been able to recreate the feel of this show for long time now.

Am not sure if you really saw the show?I shared the scepticism but Yoon Eun Hye just played the best ever girl as a boy role I have seen (and I have seen many)

A disappointing result for the PD and actor team of Second 20s.

So many remakes for one story?This appears to be the most remade story if you count the languages

I somehow find it difficult to rewatch the same show.Maybe am not too patient.

I ended up dropping Tokorrow with You as the weekly wait seemed too heavy at that time (and I was really liking that show)

A great actress.Loved her in INAR esp as Aji3 and then in Bluebird's house

She was NOT the villain.The role was so strong that she almost seemed the female lead of the show.

I dropped SP because of a low profile non-action role of JCW.Who can ever believe that Kim Jae Ha of The K2 has to run scared of someone like the villain in SP.

JCW should do only action themed roles from now on

Talk about versatility.He is one underrated actor as per me

Then list appears to be missing many villains.Villains are supposed to make us hate them-plain and simple -am not sure how villains of I can hear your voice and The innocent man ever made this list -their arcs went through huge redemption..

Some of the my truly hated dramaland villains are

1. Lee Sung Jae as Jo Gwang Woong-Main villain of Gu Family Book-the most depraved villain I have ever seen and am happy he is not real.

2.Jo Soo Hyang- Bully girl of School 2015 -Hated her to the core .Superb performance by the actress

3. Kwon Yool as Joo Hye Sung in Bring it on ,Ghost

Game maya was my first and only lakorn and it had a great lead pair but the romance in that was never developed fully.All the descriptions of these shows appear good but am not sure if they deliver on the story.

After reading ,I don't think our methodologies differ that much .I pick many of my dramas using the aproach you mentioned.Its just that I also like a few dramas live (only live ones i am watching are this one and What's wrong with secretary Kim..

While I totally get wanting to wait before watching (having been disappointed by some strange endings),I think this is one show where the hype will meet the substance,if first 2 eps are any indication and it will not be an overrated show by any chance.

Also,watching a show live is a very different experience where you see things unclouded by other opinions ,as per me and it allows you to judge whether the show is right for you or not rather than be guided by ratings /reviews.I find this important since there are many shows I have seen which are underrated on MDL and are far superior. In fact,I have made a list of such shows and it's quite a big number.
