Korea makes the best spy comedies with romance nowadays IMO..Hollywood excelled at it (eg.Mr and Mrs. Smith ,North by Northwest) but seems to have lost the plot due to undue importance for political messaging (Black vs white, female vs male) ,making the end product irrelevant and boring for international audiences

This show is at least 10 times better than the last Charlies Angels movie..goes to show either how far Kdramas have come or how far Hollywood has slipped

Wow 6.9 -some folks really hated this..And why ?Personal taste had a similar storyline of a straight guy pretending to be gay and it was GOOD..Lee Min Ho was awesome im that role..The song "All things will pass " is such an earworm..Prompts me to check this out..Plus this one has Jung Il Woo,one of my fave Kdrama stars

So true.. Rather than force feeding the show makes you think and make your own interpretation of events and actions.A risky move in this time but that's what makes it unique

I just saw the same PD directed Encounter...Another reason I like the direction style and cinematography so much

Done with Ep 5 and am I glad I am not binge watching this..Many dramas have a sedate pace but not every drama has such beauty in dialogue less scenes.The lighthouse rain scene earlier was so well shot-i am surprised this is not a movie
The layers are peeling off one by one.. This show is giving me a Great expectations vibe with a childhood lovers pair finally uniting after multiple problems
KSH literally never looked this good..I remembered why I fell in love with Kdramas so hard with My love from another star..His acting in this should be a case study of how to play an understated male lead..
Seo Ye Ji is so good as the rude and crazy character,hope she doesn't get typecast in future roles
The music in this is heaven..Frankly never expected to like a show with this theme this much..Utterly good direction and writing too.

So true...But it was still better storywise than Heirs..

Am just at Ep 1 and have a feeling this maybe this years best..KSH is plain fantastic in his understated and SYJ is on fire as the badass writer (she's superhot in that shower scene,BTW).This pair should've starred in Hotel Del Luna...This is a deliciously dark and adult show and while it may not get CLOY level ratings due to that,it has insane amounts of edgy scenes
Love that Netflix is airing it-The quality is pristine..
OST...Superb..

Kim yoo jung is seriously one of the best looking S korean actresses out there.. She and JCW are a super pair visually.

Listening to the Ost and love the songs all over again...

I actually have seen BOF where the ML is another distasteful character at first but redeems himself..I liked that one as it was MUCH more entertaining..

Like both the leads a lot..Yet to start as was waiting for some eps to Air.
The OST songs are really superb

So true..Faith is an underrated and less seen drama for sure!

Sorry but its a no go fo me..The story with its time travel elements has already been used in Kdramas..Eg.Faith,Scarlet Heart,Live upto your name etc...
And these were finite dramas..

With these ratings,im surprised they are not ending it sooner..Nothing against the show -Am a big Jung Il Woo fan but this was too niche to get any traction..

Yes.I'm from India.By happy ending,if you mean the villains die and the hero lives,Yes...For the romance,its more a separated till we meet again ending

Its an awesome ride..

Taiwan dramas have strong stories and attractive actors and more realism.They are my 2nd fave after Kdramas which score higher on Production values,writing,Better directors and attractive cast
Chinese dramas seem to have the highest production values but lack storywise

So,,,is Yoon Su ho (Lee Sang Yeob) a bad guy? Really want to know that before i decide to restart it ..
