I'm done defending the FL. At this point, she is simply childish and refuses to understand. Even Jiang Xuening wasn't like that despite knowing how dangerous Xie Wei was (Story of the kunning palace). She gave him a chance and tried to understand him after knowing the whole plot. But Song Yimeng is getting straight-up annoying now with the same dialog, "I want to kill you." Girl, he is in love with you, you know now. The plot has changed. THAT MAN IS NOT GOING TO KILL YOU. SO GIVE HIM A CHANCE.

I'm not defending intelligence; I was annoyed by her too until I read the message by the director or actress (I don't remember). They said whenever the FL tried to understand NH, there was a new situation that came up, making her doubt him again and again. So it's not entirely her fault. Btw, the ML can die, and he will... It's just she doesn't know he can't die by her hands.

Yeah, when the first few episodes came out, the ratings were high; now they are not. Then that's a very lame and childish reason for the hate and the downgrading.

This stupid character has her reason... You would have understood if you watched the first episode and then followed where there were multiple attempts to murder her.

What I think is that it's the pitiful TPOB fans that are still hung up on the last couple because all this hate that the FL is getting is unnecessary. It feels like they are watching this drama with their brains off. If they don't like the film, then just stop watching. Why all this hate for no reason and bringing down the ranking?

At this point I'm not even surprised; this happens for all the top dramas I watch. EVERY TIME there are people that have some sort of problem or just spread hate because of past ships of the actors.

I think this hate that the FL is getting is TOTALLY UNNECESSARY. Also, I think most of this hate is from the ML fans. (Based on the reply to my comment) some people think the actress is not suitable and is bringing down the actor's momentum and show popularity. (this might be controversial, but i think all this hate that the fl is getting is from the TPOB fans who are not still over the couple and really ships them.)

Honestly, some are just being haters for no reason. Some hate her as an actress and her acting, and some think she is bringing down the actor and the drama's popularity because of her acting. We all have different opinions, but some are not opinions; they are just straight-up hate. The only thing I'm going to advise you is to evaluate the FL based on her acting and how she portrays the role.

I also think that NF (the modern-time NH) is from the past that has the means to get back his love, and he is the one that is showing the FL this dream. I could be wrong, but I think it makes sense.

Guys, this is what I think is going to happen in the next few episodes.
We know that we are getting 40 episodes in total, and we are halfway through, so I think this means we are going to see the love story of both couples start now.
2nd, towards the end, there is going to be a war where NH will fight, and during that war, he will die protecting FL. (based on the clips of the trailer)
And the FL will go back (wake up from the dream), and we will meet the ML in the modern world. (I'm saying all of this based on the clips and trailers I saw.) I am just connecting pieces

I think people are forgetting how NH tried to KILL HER MULTIPLE TIMES in the first few episodes. Like if she wasn't persistent about changing the plot, then the story would have rolled on like the original script. In my eyes, one of the main reasons that made the NH fall in love with her was that she ignored him and didn't follow the OG script, and she was different. Besides, how do you think we got the LSL plot if it wasn't for the FL to tell NH that she knew what he needed and then she went to go get it? That would have never happened if it was the original script. So all the people that blame the FL are just too busy with the ML's looks.

5) she is annoying, but she has all the reasons for her behavior. She has read the original script where ML killed and abandoned her. So whatevershe is doing now are ways for her survival, but there are times she is likeable, mostly after she finds out his identity, and based on the preview for the next episode, they both seem on good terms.

trust me this drama just get only better from now on. If u havent started yet then you should. yes the fl is little bit annoying in the beginning, but she has great development.

is it js me or ken wu look like Leo Wu. It's very stale, but there are a lot of similarities; for example, the smile. Are they both, by chance, brothers? Cz when I saw Ken Wu, I was like, Wait, what is Leo doing in this drama?"

That's because this drama was supposed to come out way earlier, but it got delayed to now. I think it was because some actors were facing a problem.
