Actually, I was worried that YY will be jealous. Thankfully, the story didn’t go for the trope where the legal wife falls in love with the male lead and ends up becoming a love rival.

He has a lot of groveling to do. And I hope HT and his concubines will give him a hard time before forgiving him. He deserves it.

Yeah. He was very considerate and understanding of LW’s actions. He is so whipped. He was so adorable when he begged LW to dine with him because he hasn’t been eating and resting well since their argument.

Yes, and they had mutual understanding of their expectations and how their marriage is going to be.

I am still hoping that YZ and LW will have more scenes together. It’s like every episode, they only have a couple of scenes together and for a short time only.

I just love how YZ and YQ are so supportive of their wives. I hope HJ can find her HEA. I don’t want Prince Song to have a redeeming story. He deserves to be out of the story.

When she said that HJ is her only hope for the rest of her life, I was so pissed. HJ’s mom is also a concubine and just relies on her husband’s favor and believes that is the most that a woman can achieve. ☹️😣

I almost dropped that drama. But decided to just skip the annoying scenes because it was almost towards the end of the show.

I keep on rewatching the scene where YZ and YQ were ganging up against YA while eating hotpot. They were so cute but would be very annoying if you are the 3rd prince. 😅 They just wanted the 3rd prince to make peace with his wife and concubines.

I would hate it if the story will go to separation/divorce kind of trope and be reunited again.

She just wants to reap the benefits of her daughter marrying the crown prince no matter what the cost.

I would have wanted YZ to sneeze and then suddenly the sword would slide a bit and nip his skin. 😜😉

5th prince is so sweet! The goose feathers was so romantic. 🥰 Also when he came to pickup SGJ with the battered umbrella and him soaking wet because he couldn’t wait for the carriage. 😍

The 2nd prince will not let this go easily. To be threatened with a sword infront of his house and men, and then letting HJ go. It will surely hurt his ego and pride.

I wanted to strangle the 2nd prince when he said what childbirth isn’t painful and let HJ bear with it.

Understand that she wants to save her dying friend (Did HJ try to kill herself? She seemed fine after delivery), however, she shouldn’t have hit the crown prince first. At the end of the day, the prince is very powerful and influential and whoever hits first, no matter if s/he is right or wrong is always found to be the one at fault.

IKR, I was really hoping that she wasn’t that naive and insensitive to the prince’s feelings. I mean, she already committed and reassured YZ that she will stay but in the end, she puts her marriage in the line which could get her killed.

I’m dreading it too after watching the preview. I thought she wanted to stay with YZ, but it seems like she’s willing to throw their “marriage” under the bus just to help HJ. Is the 2nd prince, the crown prince? Wouldn’t it be treason if they help HJ escape? HJ is carrying the child of the crown prince?

He and 5th prince are masochists! 😂

And he was hanging limply, unmoving! 🤣
