So I'm noticing in this particular drama that Koreans seem to just believe everything they are told, and…
No, i meant how Hee Joon told everyone "Bong Hee cheated on me so I broke up with her" and everyone's reaction (literally everyone) was "Ok, that must be what happened" and then they proceed to gossip about her ad nauseum.
When Bong Hee is then accused of murder, before she is found guilty, the entire Korean public and news media reacts with "Well, she's obviously a murderer" and then treat her as such.

How does that theory address Eun Hyuk's open and unashamed love for Ji Wook? If he slept with his wife/gf, he should be ashamed around him, not openly affectionate. Still, I think your theory is the best one we have for now.
Not since Lee Min Jung (in every role) have I been so impressed by an actress' beauty than I was with Im Se Mi in Shopping King Louis. I thought she was ultra-cute in Heartstrings, but couldn't believe how graceful, gorgeous, and funny she was SKL.

Or is that just a thing all humans do? :P
