I don't think I could ever get tired of watching Kang So Ra. Gotta admit, though, Park Shin Yang has been a revelation for me. What an unbelievable energy he brings to the screen.
I was wondering how they were going to drag it out. Let the melodramatic" I don't know my own feelings"…
Well, "better" is subjective, but I would encourage you to stop thinking you've got this show figured out. Yes, there will be tropes and clichés, but this show seems determined to defy expectations. Watch Episode 8.
Yoon Do is the best! I know he won't end up with Hye Jung, but you can't help cheering on his adorkable self~
I want to see more of him and Seo Woo without him being utterly vile to her. The few times they've interacted without bringing up feelings are the only times I have felt like the Yoon Do character shone (that, and his utterly pathetic attempts to flirt with Hye Jung, which are hilarious).
am i only one who thinks park shin hye lost weight? she is looking good. but something is different
As Youlie said, yeah, no more baby fat in the face, so she looks more mature. If you go back and look at her in Pinocchio, she really doesn't look THAT different, but her face is just a bit rounder and cuter. And then if you go back to You're Beautiful, it's WAY different. :P
I hate Seo Woo and feel like she needs to take some responsibility for the fact that she's unliked. She expects…
More like "she expects too much and doesn't give ANYTHING", right? It seems like every single time she is in a scene with either Yoon Do or Ji Hong, she is just demanding something from them. "Do this for me, do that for me. Me me me MEEEE MEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"
Park Shin Hye is honestly carrying the whole show by herself. She is brilliant here and her character is really…
This show grabbed me almost entirely because KRW's character was so unique and refreshing. An intelligent leading man who is emotionally self-aware, cheerful, and fiercely devoted? In a sea of leading man idiots who don't know their own hearts, who behave like school children around a crush, and who treat their leading ladies poorly 'in the name of love', I would say this Hong Ji Hong is anything but "bland and boring".
Am I the only one who don't really find Yoon-do that charming?I was already uncomfortable with him when he was…
You are not alone! Right now, Yoon Do is a character with no backstory who is aggressively impolite and arrogant, who acts like his thoughts/feelings/existence are better and more important than those around him. And that's it. Besides being a total coward, that's all we get of him.
And yet everyone loves him because they don't see anything other than Mu Hyul when they look at him. Can't blame them, though, since there's so little character there it's easy to project another one onto him.
He's funny, though. Hope we get some actual story for his character at some point.
I came here for PSH (she's awesome here) but KRW grabbed me immediately. His character here is so different for kdrama!
