So, how does everyone feel about it?
Essential or skippable?
6 episodes in and this is definitely a good drama. The leads are utterly magnetic. Ignore the hate; PSH and KRW are unbelievable. The real gold of this show, so far, are the backstories for the two leads and the unique attitude and perspective of KRW's Hong Ji Hong character. Should not be missed.
for senseless entertainment this drama is good. no better than porn. I heard many guys are into Hye Jung. Clear…
For a senseless comment, this comment was pretty bad. Didn't even make sense. I'm wondering if CatoCat is on the wrong board?
Or perhaps, like many Internet Whiners, he/she has simply accumulated some of the more fringe negative opinions of the show and, without watching it, created this Ultimate Post of Whining out of sheer boredom so other bored people like me would reply in frustration. Crap, I fell for it... :(
LMFAO THAT KISS IN EP 6 IS TOTALLY PSH STYLE
WHY U ALWAYS DO DIS PSH
JUST
WHY
I think someone needs to mention PSH's kisses in Pinocchio on every single one of these tired comments. She can obviously kiss. Obviously. If the director tells her to react awkwardly or stiffly, then that's what she has to do. She's not her own director.
This "can't kiss" rep for PSH is one of the most banal things I've ever come across in kdrama fandom. Ridiculous.
I feel bad for Seo Woo, it's like everyone expects something from her but no one really wants anything from her...…
A character can have issues without being delusional. Seo Woo is one of the most delusional characters I've ever seen in kdrama. Despite that, I'm still hoping she becomes a sympathetic character later, because the potential is certainly there.
I am glad I picked up on this drama. I am loving it so far. But I really have to post on what's been boggling…
I'll say this: Myung Hoon is not "sucking up" to Hye Jung after she becomes a doctor in his hospital. Rather, he's just flirting with an attractive young doctor. That's all it is to him, because he simply does not remember her after 13 years.
And I have to say, Arielle is completely right about Seo Woo and her entire family: they SUCK! Seo Woo, especially, is an impressive kind of horrible, but at least she's not a murderer like her dad. That guy has malpractice cover-up written ALL over him.
so far everything in this drama was so good, not a boring scene, but I wonder if there is some one like me who…
Agree with Arielle and Shini. you try being in love with someone for 13 years and then "respect boundaries" when you finally see them again. I'd do the same thing he did: "Hello again, ARE YOU SINGLE!?"
Tae Hee and Sara were super cute together - like adorably cute. Anyone get distracted by the elf ears on the husband…
Oh my goodness, I was just complaining to my wife about that guy's ears yesterday. And I was about to comment that JSW and HYS have insane chemistry together, but you stole that comment, too. Seriously, they might have more chemistry between the two of them than almost any other couple I have seen in kdrama, and I've only seen 4 episodes.
Very nice review, though I must disagree on your POV on the second half of the story, hehe. It's been a while…
I docked the Music a whole point just for "IT'S ALL RIIIIGHT!" *laughs*
Worst song in any drama, ever.
I'll reiterate, though, that I actually really enjoyed City Hunter. I do recommend you rewatch it, though, because they seriously just lost the plot toward the back half and latter third of the show. I'd love to get your perspective on the ending, too. Or rather, the complete lack of an ending, since they didn't really wrap anything up. It's like "Rising action... rising action... rising action... CLIMAX!!! ... Lee Min Ho drives away alone in a car at night the end"
Well, I finished up Baby-Faced Beauty last night and gave it an 8/10. It was seriously hilarious and a fun watch, despite a lot of the complaints you see here in the comments being 100% true. You must believe the Jang Na Ra and Daniel Choi hype.

When did this happen? What did I miss?
This comment is very funny since I've only seen Tree With Deep Roots and not Six Flying Dragons.
But Kim Young Kwang is no slouch, himself.
Ji Hong: "Did you get married?"
Hye Jung: "....no."
J: "You have a boyrfriend, then?"
H: "Uh... no."
J: "Okay then." *walks away smiling*
Loved it! All drama characters need to be that honest and straightforward.
