Nah the plot is easy to understand but the characters aren't well fleshed out so it feels shallow. It uses the typical Korean horror formula of resorting to misdirection and plot twists rather than jumpscares, which is prolly why some people find it confusing but it's like super easy to follow if you compare it to the likes of a Tale of Two Sister or the Wailing.
Sounds like I'm talking to a kid who has never been in a relationship. We can talk again once you've dated someone and/or have been cheated on. Till then, bye.
This is what you call a stellar cast. 2 of the best actors - Park Jung Min and Yoo Ah In in SK cinema and TV industry together on screen for the first time. The quality of talent here is exploding.
Just finished it and it was a tad disappointing compared to the Wailing and Svaha. Top notch performances but the exposition was lacking. Could've fleshed out the background more. Kim Yoo Jung's Ae Ran was very underused and felt lacking in substance, they should've utilised her character better.
Still though, it's head and shoulders above the horror movies of the West. Would recommend it if looking for a decent horror movie.
I recently watched 'Flower of Evil' and perhaps in a slightly other form but the love I felt through the main…
Yes! JBL is one of my fave Kdramas of all time! It had be bawling throughout, I lost my father a few months before watching that so it just hit me right in the feels when I started.
Cheating comes in more forms than just physical. Emotional cheating has a much more negative impact on a relationship than simply sleeping or kissing around. No strings attached sex is forgivable. But if your spouse/significant other is in love with another person or if they're falling for another person or have feelings for them, the relationship is done for, it's gone, it's difficult to salvage. Honestly, I don't think you really understand the gravity of infidelity. I've been cheated on, emotionally and physically, so I'm speaking from experience. The emotional part hurts WAY more than the physical.
That IS what cheating is. The fact that Teh started having feelings for this other guy while he was with Oh is infidelity. Him kissing the guy isn't what's bad about it, what's bad is that he started having feelings for the guy and even tried to discuss it with him. Let's not forget the fact that he deadass serenaded the man right in front of Oh. Everyone in this comment section sees it as cheating except you it seems because it IS cheating whether you like it or not.
try because this is my first life, it's more good than that 2 in my opinion
I have seen it, I didn't like it more than the other two. Plus it didn't feel like a true women centred drama to me. It was more of a romance about 3 couples than a slice of life drama centred around career and life choices of women like the others.
Hope it's as amazing as Search WWW and Be Melodramatic. Women centred dramas are usually good, but these two dramas have set my expectations super high, so I'm expecting nothing short of brilliance from this since it looks really good.
Still though, it's head and shoulders above the horror movies of the West. Would recommend it if looking for a decent horror movie.
