Oh Ming, I could throttle this piece of shit so bad. I need this show to change the book ending so bad and let Joe be free of this horrendous waste of space called Ming.
Toxic and angsty both. You'll wanna protect one of the lead with everything you have. Whereas you'll want to beat…
IDK about the show because the moment hasn't come yet. But in the book, Ming ties up Joe to prevent him from doing a movie to replace Tong and then later on r words Joe while he's tied up. Ming is beyond disgusting in the book.

Like don't get me wrong, he does grovel a lot but there's something he does to Joe before the Old Joe body dies that imo is absolutely unforgivable and that alone should be a reason that New Joe should reject Ming.
I remembered that the author of the novel this show is based off of never writes redemption arcs for her gongs.…
I fully agree. The so-called redemption arc for Ming is non-existent. I absolutely hated him and thought Joe ending up with him was a travesty and a terrible ending.
On a side note, Stockholm Syndrome doesn't exist btw even the person who first coined that term rejects its existence. It was a lie created by cops to cover up their incompetency due to which they blamed the victims.
I take it back. Poom is such a good Joe omg He's really selling the role well. IK it's wishful thinking and stupid but I'm PRAYING that Joe ditches Ming and gets himself a better man at the end. As someone who has finished the book, it PAINS me to see him with Ming :( because fuck Ming. That pos should be forever alone.
