Her brother, just like in the original kdrama but it ended tragically.
In the original, she falls in love with the fake brother. She then gets cancer and decides to spend her remaining days with him and she dies at the end.
If this follows the original, then yes. The SML never had ANY chance in the original drama since she falls in love with the fake brother very early on, so yeah he has no chance in this either.
Episode 7 got nationwide and metropolitan area rating of 7.7% and 7.6% respectively with a peak of 8.4%. This is MASSIVE. And it may go even above this soon. How tf is this not getting more traction internationally? Do international Kdrama watchers even have taste anymore ಠ_ಠ
I'm feeling strongly that Hyuk Woo will wind up a level four evil spirit. Obviously, the fourth level wasn't mentioned…
I'm sure Ji Jeong Shin has already levelled up. He has been killing left and right. He may even reach lvl 5-6, if that's possible. Unless ofc he's not eating the spirits of the dead. This is where Somun being able to master his powers comes into effect. I don't think Jeongshin will die at the hands of Hyukwoo though, because he has the spirits of imp characters (Cheoljeong and Somun's parents).
P.S so many props to this show. Speaking on real LGBT topics like "Micro-Aggressions" and how to be a real ally…
Most Thai BLs are also very problematic (same with Chinese ones). They all contain elements like: 1. Non-consensual kisses/sexual assault and they romanticise it and portray it like it's a romantic, perfectly normal thing to do. 2. Horribly written female characters. They're either jealous, toxic ex or fujotshis who are creepy af and stalk the main leads just to take secret pics and videos of them and fetishes every guy they see together. 3. The whole "wife" calling. It's so emasculating. It's not just misogynistic (because there's implication that women is the submissive, weaker sex), it's also basically saying bottoms gays are not even men. etc. etc.
This one was such a fresh breath of air after all that toxicity. I hope more gay shows (Not BL, because BL is a toxic genre!) pops up in the future. I already have read the My Ride novel (another Thai "BL") and am excited for that one because it's unlike the other Thai "BL"s.
I think the main problem here is studios like GMMTV are the big thing in Thailand and they seem to not want to move on to a more progressive topic and instead keep churning out shows aimed at straight teen girls.
No. Basically they explained that evil entities attaches themselves to a person who has the malicious intent to…
I actually think his biggest target is his father (the Mayor) because he seems to hate his father. I'm smelling a domestic abuse, both physical and mental, case here.
Why is the mayor's son "one of them"? Who did he kill? Don't they have to kill someone before becoming evil spirits? It's…
No. Basically they explained that evil entities attaches themselves to a person who has the malicious intent to kill. So when that person kills it completely takes over their body.
That's basically what happened to that abusive man in the early episode who tried to kill his son and wife. The evil entity had latched on to him and was driving him to kill and Somun and co. stopped him.
The 2nd episode was much more focused and better than the first episode. Alas I shall wait for this to reach at least 10 episodes before continuing because I can already tell it's a slow burn and I don't have the patience to tread through a slow burn romance while waiting every week.
this looks really boring. It has already high score. can someone explain to me why it's different from other rom-com…
Well I've only seen 1 episode. But unlike other rom-coms, the characters don't fall under stereotypes from what I've seen. The story while doesn't seem very interesting, the characters themselves are fun to watch. There's no arrogant ML, there's no clumsy or stupid FL, there's no weak FL, etc. etc. The ML is a detached personality but without any meanness or arrogance, he's pretty normal guy. The FL is independent and is also not clumsy or a bad fashion statement.
PSA: Episode 9 and 10 which were scheduled to air 26th and 27th of Dec will air on 2nd and 3rd of Jan instead…
Spoiler: But it's confirmed, the bully is also possessed. And he just needs to kill someone to trigger the evilness inside of him. I hope he doesn't kill any of Somun's friends or I'mma go ballistic on him!
The PD Chief is SUCH a coward. He has all the dirt on the Mayor and his puppet. He can use it anytime to expose them and free himself. What an ahole. He deserves the worst.

That was an amazing episode. It's all coming full circle now, the connection between the characters and the villains. Now just need some exposition on Mae-ok. After which they can start writing towards the fight against the injustice of everyone.
this one is thai lakron level craziness... i remember watching huja sila and wanting to murder the evil characters…
Are you from India btw? I'm Indian as well, I've completely given up on Indian shows now. The youth shows I've seen on digital platforms are also usually about sex or horny teenagers. MEH.

Will be a horribly painful wait T___T I'm already crying inside.
