this one is thai lakron level craziness... i remember watching huja sila and wanting to murder the evil characters…
Exactly, the idiocy of Indian female leads is what annoys me more than anything. Also the fact that they cry from start till end too. lol Not to mention how badly acted, directed and edited most of them are.

I've not seen Lakorns. But Indian soap operas and Korean Makjang also have these characters but the volume is much less. There are generally 1-2 characters only who pisses you off this much. But in this one, the whole ensemble pisses you off LOL
Rona got on my nerves in ep 1 and it's only gotten worse. If I got my hands on her, I'd slap her 420 times!
If this drama was real and if I was part of their world. I'd prolly be behind bars and facing a death penalty for killing everyone! This drama makes me mad on a spiritual level. Seriously the writer knows how to write an incredible horrible character who can piss you to death.
You all hate Bae Ro Na more than the evil psychos?
The sociopaths are supposed to be hateable. Rona on the other hand is supposed to be part of the "good" side yet she's even more annoying than the sociopaths. Ungrateful piece of shit deserves some beating.
I just binged the first few episodes of this and I've never, I mean NEVER been this triggered when watching a Kdrama. Not even when watching a Makjang or Indian soap opera I've been this mad. I feel like slowly torturing every single character except for Suryeon, Anna and Yoon Hee. Esp the kids (MAINLY the Twins), Seojin and Dantae.
Is it worth watching after watching sky castle, cause i feel like its somehow similar to sky castle .Is sky castle…
It's NOTHING like SKY Castle. SKY Castle was far more chill compared to this. When watching this though, take your chill pill because your pressure will GO THROUGH THE ROOF! Outside of like Suryeon, Anna, and maybe Yoonhee (and the another character that comes late), the whole drama has nothing but assholes and bitches who all deserves to get throttled.
I'm honestly not feeling the two leads at all. Both of them feel very wooden, which for me is a bad combo. I've been anticipating this for months now, so the pilot episode was kinda disappointing. I feel like the 2nd couple will steal the show here a la Strongest Deliveryman.
Short and sweet. No drama, no toxicity. Way more laidback than the previous 2 series. The two leads have really nice chemistry, I've been a HUGE fan of MYNAME since their song Message and I'm so glad to see Insoo after so long (Insoo is my MYNAME bias alongside Seyong). Lee Sang's such a cutiepie, his character screams cinnamon roll and makes me wanna hug him!
Subin being here's just another bonus (Also a big Dal Shabet fan, although my bias was Jiyul).
It's not that I don't like him, it's more like his previous roles hasn't caught my attention. I've seen him in a few shows and they're rather forgettable.
That's still not a justification for being homophobic himself though. Many people have had bad upbringing, most of them turn out fine. His upbringing isn't what establishes his identity. As an adult, he should've known better than to parrot what his father told him.
why are they speaking Filipino and English at the same time? i kinda like it.
PH was colonised by the Americans for ages, so it was integrated into their culture similar to how English is the major language in countries like India, Pakistan (both colonised by the Brits) etc.
I'm frustrated that I didn't watch this show earlier mainly because My Day was such a mess it turned me off from PH BLs, but I was recommend this by a friend of mine who said it's gonna be very different to a typical BL. And how right she was!
The best thing about this show -> It's NOT a BL. It's a coming of age story. The show is more than a show that exists to satisfy the needs of straight teen girls who love to ship cute guys together. In fact the show makes a strong statement against these "allies" and how their "supportive" behaviour are incredibly toxic rather than being helpful to us LBGQT people. I loved that they tackled microaggression and how hurtful it can be. This show has made me excited for the upcoming My Ride (Thai BL) as well because that one also tackles similar topic as this one rather than just being a typical BL drama.
One of the highlights of the drama was the usage of music. The score and the OST were one of the strongest point of the drama, while the sound editing and mixing could do some work (in some scenes, you can actually hear background noises, but nothing major) it doesn't take away from well made the show as a whole was.
Lastly, I have to say Vlad is the best gay character I've seen in an Asian gay/BL show ever. His eloquence is what makes him so likeable. While he hides his primary traits behind a snarky persona, this just adds more to his likeable factor.
1. Seol A/Anna
2. Suryeon
3. Yoonhee
That's it. I hate everyone else. I've not gotten that far enough though.
Hated:
1. Fcking twins
2. Dantae
3. Rona
4. Seojin
5. EVERYONE ELSE
