Problem is every negative comments is completely ignoring the flaws in those dramas and coming after this one with negativity. There's nothing learned, no mistakes that's being owned up. People are staying hypocritical. Can they leave negative comments here? Definitely. Should they be taken seriously? lol No.

Someone listed a bunch of the highest rated MDL dramas below with problematic scenes that almost no one ranting here has any problems with. These people have no right to speak bad about other shows. Period.

Trust me, these are the same people who started ranting on TKEM page. Don't pay any heeds on these bunch of nincompoops.

-> The dreadlock scene at best is cultural appropriation. It's not a racist scene. The guy isn't blackfaced either, he's just a very naturally tanned guy (Look up his pictures, you'll see how dark he actually is).
-> There's no paedophilia involved here. The Korean age of consent is 16. The character is 17. The actress is 20. Heck 17 is legal in even most part of the countries like the US. People are complaining for the sake of complaining.

They have NOT made him any darker in the show. People are being creatively whiny for no reason.

One of the best webdramas I've seen. Short and sweet. I especially liked Kang Yul in this. He deserves to diverge into mainstream and do network dramas.

That's a fair analysis. I think the director could've avoided the main problem with this by just removing the kiss. Or by changing it to a cheek kiss. Considering they're both f age here it doesn't bother me as much as Love in the Moonlight personally.
