I agree with you. Ofc course we may find their character's annoying and all, but I'll still watch their scenes, well mainly cuz I feel if I skip, then I'm not watching the drama. I was wondering would the same happen if those 2 were the leads, but I've been through many dramas where if theres a flawed character, they'd be thrown and stoned. I feel like I'm the only one invested to see how the Princess will grow and what the outcome of them will be. I feel the Princess was spoiled and is still rather young, I'd understand her naivety, sometimes I feel she did it as a sacrifice for peace between nations and now tries to put up with it, but clearly she may come off as trying to force love.

😅 understandable. These 3 are probably the best directors within the cdrama land, they deserve praise for their outstanding works. I'll probably always try to watch their dramas unless its not to my interest.

I suppose so. I feel so bad for the 2nd Prince, he literally cannot do anything but follow that horrendous grandfather and mother of his. Hopefully his father will see for himself what a disgrace of a son he rose up, im skeptical on the redemption, he already betrayed the country and his own sworn-brother, I highly doubt the audience would want a redemption from him, but yet again part of me feels he's just irrational and suppose people do deserve 2nd chances.

😊🤝. Anything by Sa Dingding is an automatic good song, I love her. Yeah I love the OST despite it being 4 songs long, would've been nice if the leads got to sang a song each or maybe a couple one. Yeah these songs often match up with certain characters or plots.

Yea, but I suppose everyone has their own limits, some become evil after years or suffering while one will become evil after literally a ounce of suffering. I wont pound on it tho, dramas writing has been excellent thus far, I wont say its ruined by such a weak reasoning.

Yup, you can see they pour effort into the dramas they're directoring! Also they're a team of 3 😅 all 3 directors have been working together since The Blue Whipser in 2022.

It is, every BGM perfectly matches up to the scene being acted out, not just randomly inserted. I love this team of directors, they produced MM, which is one of my fav dramas and still my top one of 2025. I hope they'll continue to work together, they produce masterpieces.

It's these directors styles, and I love it, honestly makes the series even more enjoyable for me, I cannot stand to just hear constant dialogue without BGM.

Yeah I know about that, they always want "proof" for it, said by the so-called officals of the drama sorts, but anyway thats them, I just use this to keep track of dramas as well as chat so meh.

"political intrigue" is the trope I refer to, or at least its within the tags of MDL.

Are we sure "political" is one of the main genres rather than a trope here, there's so many strifes ongoing, first within both the kingdoms than the 2 kingdoms against each other.
