I am starting Episode 5 and I am so impressed so far. I love historical dramas and I’m definitely looking forward to seeing more of this one. I’m not sure how the plot will evolve but I am enjoying the actors and the storyline! The martial arts moves are new and intriguing and the FL, Zhao Lu Si, is so interesting—I can’t wait to see more of her. (The male leads are also good actors and quite attractive. ). (:

I know! Sometimes I feel sorry for historical Asian actors because of all the scenes where they have to cough up blood ( which is usually a lot)! Ha,

Loved the characters and the storyline. Best ending in my opinion. Will watch again in the future.
Recommended to watch—especially if you like Wuxia.

So good! “The Long Ballad” is worth re-watching all 49 episodes again. It reminds me a bit like “Princess Agents”—Almost just as good (Dilrabi is a lot like Zanilla)

I just watched this (“Mad About Each Other”) 3 times in a row. I obviously really liked it. I wish it was longer! It’s so hard to find other dramas as captivating as this one! I changed my 9.5 rating to a 10. I wish I could rate it higher.

I tried to watch this on Netflix, but it’s not really working for me. The actors are cute, but I’m not really a gamer. It might be better if I actually knew the game. It just seems like there are too many things going on at the same time.

She turns out to be so good!

I didn’t know what to expect at the start, but I loved every minute. The actors were amazing and the storyline compelling with several different aspects. I will definitely watch again with friends. It was good for being such a short drama, but I really wish it was longer! I rated 9.5 or 10.

I don’t know how she could be “underrated “since almost every one of the dramas that she is in have at least a rating of 8+ or above—way above! I think she’s a great actor, one of my favorites.

Took a break at episode 8. The second half was better than the first half. I wasn’t going to watch this at first, but I tried it and they did a great job with the concept. Much better than I expected!

Really liked this drama! Lots of humor and many favorite cliches cleverly put together to make this one of the best romcoms . Loved the actors, sound effects and comedy! I’ll always watch more like this!

I am looking for this drama. I will try Amazon Prime Video since it is listed. I recently subscribed to Viki again since I used to watch dramas there. I watched one successfully, but others I have tried to watch require a 100% upgrade of $50 or let you watch a couple of episodes “free” (i already paid for a subscription), then they make you do the upgrade to watch the rest of the series. It does not seem right and I am extremely disappointed in this setup!! I guess that I just have to “vote with my feet.” (which means walk away!)

I haven’t read any of these discussions that you mention, but one of my favorite discussion platforms has always been www.dramabeans.com

I love historical dramas and I have seen probably most of them. This one is a unique romantic love story. I like the storyline, actors and scenery, but the hardest part was that I almost constantly felt like trying to find a setting to speed things up by at least 1.5-2x (not something I ever do).. I still recommend watching. I rated this 8.5 out of 10.

I noticed that episode 6 is missing on YouTube. I’m not sure about other episodes that might be missing. Does anyone know where I might find the missing episode(s) on other Websites? Is dramacool a safe website to use? It keeps asking me to install Flash when I try other websites on the Internet. I’m not sure if I should do that. I use the iPhone and iPad. Thanks for your help.
