I totally blamed the 40 eps limitation for the plot holes.

I imagined they have scenes prior to the killing to explain how they end up on the street. But when they have to cut things short, obviously they cant just reshoot things to make it logical. Something have to give way.

I understand the reason they introduce the 40 ep ban. but it should have applied to new drama not yet completed prior to the ban. That way production team can plan scenes properly.

I read that was because the male lead was younger? Somehow that makes it icky for them to have the couple in long ballad kissing.

I could be wrong. I didn't watch it.

So it was hinted he knew about Anle's abode. I missed that part.

Totally get he didnt know Anle was the leader and only make sense he didnt.

Yes, in my opinion LMX need to treat his people better.

MQ has shown nothing but obedience for the 10 years he was up in the mountain. LMX can reprimand his subordinate when they make mistake sure.

But the way he gave MQ away to DCE like he was nothing. I know it's a different era, but to me, that's just ick.

MQ was born to serve the LMX family. LMX family was to serve the Di family. Do you see anle treating LMX like LMX treated MQ?

I kinda get why HY and DJY not together (yet). HY insisted to marry only DJY because he truly believes the Di soldiers were rebelling. Hence insisting DJY as his crown princess is the only way to protect her.

When it turns out not to be the case. He lost the reason to insist on marrying her.

HY now can only wait for what DJY wants, he will respect her decisions and DJY wants nothing to do with him. He respect that.

If only marrying HY means only marrying him, i think DJY would marry him in an instant. But marrying HY is also marrying into the Han family. That's too hard for her.

Like between the lines said, calling the emperor dad is the deal breaker, not HY.

I do wonder if sickly King died before DJY agrees to marrying HY. That's a scenario i think might be the answer to their problems.

I tried to imagine a scenario where the minister just walks around the street without guards. Just couldn't make sense of it.

I can sort of wrap around the idea of CP without his guards and out in the street alone. in the drama he likes to be incognito and goes to public places unnoticed.

But the minister without his guards out in the street for HY to confront him. I needed some background here 🙂.

LMX men didnt know where WS was kept too. Hence they were looking for WS. Or are you saying because LMX dont know were WS was kept then they didnt look for him and just shrugged things off?

Yes, CP dont know where WS is being held. Logically he would send people out to look for him.

Yes, they need to have CP kill the minister in public, somehow they just ended up in the street. We are just expected to accept they were in the street. To ask how, apparently means I am not using my brain.

Ok. So, explain to me how CP and the Minister end up in the street?

The minister ran and CP chase him? How LMX managed to show up just before CP killed him. How long was the conversation took place that LMX managed to get there? LMX is weak, so he couldn't have use martial art skill to get there that fast.

The minister have no soldiers to protect him? Did CP killed all the soldiers? Where were they when the first encounter start? At the minister home? At the palace? Or CP just happened to bump into the minister while he was strolling the street?

The story needed the impact that CP killed the minister in public. So we were given just that. CP and minister in the street. Everything else, happened off screen, we are to imagine how things get there.

I use my brain while watching, that's why my brain keep coming with these questions.

I guess people use their brain differently. I use mine to critically watch drama.

My brain refused to accept, they must got lucky and find out about the secret. Dumbed down to explain every aspect of the drama? Yeah, i like it that way. When things make sense.

But i guess, some prefer things differently.
