What a disappointment. You were one of the few accounts here that i actually liked who supported both leads. Could have skipped that last part. I expected too much i guess 🤷🏻‍♀️

Well somebody's bitter over a rising stars fame 🤭 and haters keep exaggerating what happened during the movie press con. The leads love her, even the old guy who xinxin allegedly blocked showed his support and took funny photos with her. The movie had a comedy tag fyi. And in reality, the movie script isn't interesting enough for the audience compared to when the 1st and 2nd movie aired. The production also used YSX to hype the movie only to see her for 10 mins max. The guy may have been a good director but the script wasn't selling overall so they decided to put the blame on poor YSX who had the least screentime. If you search for reviews on the movie, you'll know what I'm talking about. I think xinxin's fanbase was one of the biggest help for ticket sales tbh.

Oh back to ZLY, if she's already one of the biggest and establish star like you say she is, why even compare her to xinxin? Why is YSX such a threat? Also THE Zhang Ziyi deserves that top billing movie. Cry about it 😂

I love & agree with everything that you said ❤️ xinxin is such a breath of fresh air from all the other actresses nowadays who portray themselves with masculine attributes. And the irony of these so called feminists who hate on her cute and coquettish personality. Who said women nowadays should only have strong personalities? Yo I'm tired of being a strong and independent woman. I wanna be pampered and treated like a princess too. Lol nothing wrong with that. At least xinxin knows how to use her feminine charms but still displays a level of authority and has good work ethics.

I'm shocked this is only rated 7.6 😳 i started this without any expectations but every episode was so engaging. I love that both villain and leads are master schemers. I also appreciate the fact that the leads don't always win. It feels more realistic to me. In some scenes you'd think the villains won, but then the leads suddenly drop their reverse cards and turn shit around. This works vise versa too, like i said the leads don't always win. Most of the time I'll be like "damn they got him good! Instant karma" and then few seconds later "oh shit the villains were one step ahead!" or "dammit the villains got them this time" and then "oh so the leads baitted them to it and fell for their trap and failed". The villains here are so evil i wanna slap them all in the face with a frying pan. i swear this is such an underrated drama. Plus, Miles Wei and Xulu has very good chemistry ❤️

The dynamics between Yun weishan and Hanyasi is so under appreciated. Some of the most heartbreaking and heartwarming scenes were in wufeng with YWS, Yu Que and Han Yasi.

I agree. We need a trailer that somehow explains the general synopsis coz I read the manhwa and they might have changed a lot of the storyline. I wanna see some official main cp interaction too. I hope they get super lovey dovey like in the manhua.

Yep same device. I also don't remember seeing so much of the other twin's assistant in ep 3. I think they tweaked a few of the episodes. I tried comparing it with the one uploaded on YT and i think they did edit a bit.

Has anyone rewatched this recently? I'm currently rewatching this on wetv and i think the coloring changed? Before it was more cool toned with high contrast and brightness. But now it's on the warmer side with less filter. It actually looks way better now. Is it just me? Did it really change? Or am i losing my mind 😳🤔

If they did she wouldn't even be desperate enough to join YWY so she could stay in the industry since she hasn't been getting good roles and not even from good production dramas. I understand where you're coming from. Just put it this way, this drama was made for its target audience - the gaming community and the actors fanbases - and it won. It delivered. Target audience loved it. And everyone knows the gaming community is the hardest to please. Also this type of genre (xuanhuan?) isn't that popular with the overseas audience.

I feel the same way 💯. There were some scenes where I'm like "they should have done a slowmo scene on there and some close up shots of the characters so i can feel the suspense/tension even more" plus the cgi for when Qi was hit by the poison dart 🥲 lol (btw i love the cgi for the fight scenes, Kun and the water monster 🤌🏻)

If you aren't a fan of this genre in general or any of the actors, you won't have the patience to finish this drama. But I have said this before, the greatest asset of this drama is its actors. I'm glad xukai and yushuxin did this.

She literally went with the CEOs family vacay in Singapore. Really makes you question if she's changing agencies soon given how Huace doesn't promote her so much. Her haters are using this against her again with the usual dialogues "she uses her connections to get roles" blah blah blah 🙄 Hello that's how the entertainment industry works. Plus she's been popular since YWY2 so she definitely has built the right connections. She's not only an actress, she's a business woman as well.

YES for the powerful and healthy chemistry! They have a lovers chemistry on screen but bff vibes off screen. Plus they don't overdo with the cp marketing. Lesser fanwars between solo fans.

i also feel like YYXH will be xinxin's next big drama. It's unfortunate her other 2 dramas had problems with promotions so i really hope this one airs smoothly with tons of marketing before the drama drops (longer trailer, photoshoot, interviews, hi6 etc) 🙏🏻🤞🏻

Not sure. I just read that before sf6 started airing Lil Poms in china were estatic for that drama since it's her first s+ project. I also read before that lbfad only became s/s+ when it went viral and had a surge of investors coming in. These are all info i got from xinxin's fan accounts.

Like what we said on the other page, it really is a shame sf6 team isn't able to promote like other dramas. A photoshoot of Xukai and Esther would have went viral and gave more positive promotion for the drama. i mean look at their chemistry off screen! Also would have been nice to see an interview with just xukai and esther. There's actually so much potential for an intense romantic storyline between these too but i understand that's not where the drama is leading to. I really hope they get to do a more romantic drama soon.

This is exactly how i felt about Esther when i started Lbfad. I dropped after 1 episode because of the voice but when i decided to give it a try, she ended up becoming my fave character. And you're right, she's very cute but not annoying! Acting cute comes so naturally for her it doesn't feel cringy at all. If you liked this then you'd like Moonlight, leads are Esther and Ding Yuxi.
