I feel you! Okay lemme say this first. I love the plot, chemistry and pacing so far. I love xinxin and i adore xukai. But I feel like the costumes here have an impact on the overall favorability of the drama. CGI is fine. But the costumes look so cheap for an s+ drama. Especially on xukai and wanpeng. You can't tell me coz it's based on the game design like no they could have made the clothes more flattering and with more volume and flow. Xukai's dubber doesn't match with the words too. But all this still won't stop me from watching and loving this drama! That's how much the plot has drawn me in.

I bet iqiyi is so regretting letting her go.

There were so many inside jokes in that livestream! We need them on an offline event to promote this drama asap! I am living for Xinxin and Kaikai's chemistry on and off screen!

CGI was far from superior so i don't know how people believe this was a high budget drama. It was even reported that they run out of funds that's why CGI was poorly edited. I actually applaud the screenwriter and director for the job well done on lbfad production. Also Esther's drama now with Xukai is her first ever high budget S+ drama.

Since xukai has a lot of international fans, i hope with this drama Xinxin gains more international fans too. She's such a great actress. It's a shame she's being so hated just for her voice.

Xukai and Xinxin have one of the most funny and unique laughs like they're just so adorable! They kept laughing with wanpeng in their livestream too! Just shows how close the casts are. ❤️ Does anyone here remember when they were just filming this drama, there were rumors that kaikai and xinxin didn't get along well. Lbfad was airing that time so i guess it was all black propaganda. The casts even said they always eat out together when they were filming. ❤️

I wonder if the creator had a say to cast xinxin again

6. No filler episodes. Plot is solid. Though CGI ain't the best.
7. OST is top tier. Only drama i didn't skip the intro.

When this was airing, the leads aren't as popular as they are now. This drama was what made their popularity skyrocket. This isn't even an S+ drama. No one anticipated this to be this popular. Also, it's a breath of fresh air from all the other xanxia that have endless misunderstandings and weak and naive FL. FL here might be innocent, but she definitely ain't weak and stupid. Plus the awesome OSTs.

This! It's like in the first half of the drama, MLs are portrayed weak while 2MLs are strong. But on the 2nd half of the drama it's vise versa. And how the hell did SGQ even beat Jinfan. Weishan couldn't even beat him and it's implied that SGQ and YWS are on equal footing based on their 2nd fight when SGQ confronted YWS for that medical record incident.

People should just watch this as it is. The leads romance is very calm and mature so i get why people felt "bored" but it isn't as bad as some make it out to be. And don't skip so much too or you might miss some important dialogues. The fact that some people think YWS is weak is because that's how GJM wanted to portray her in the first half of the story. Towards the end you'll realize her real strength. My only real issue with this drama is that the strengths of the MLs are all implied. So you really have to watch and understand this drama to appreciate it.
