There are some fascinating aspects to this drama that compel me to watch. The director, I'm certain I've seen a lot of his work (I used to only watch Japanese dramas in the past but never kept track, one of the reasons I made an MDL account recently). Yoon Se-ah, she gives herself to all her roles, top actress. I'm not too familiar with the FL, but happy to see how she gets along, she must have been picked for a reason. Sorry. Off topic, I don't know who these two classmates are, but will also see how they get along!
They first met 16 years ago on an online platform... so she was 16 and he was 10, he said he loved her and she ghosted him. If the characters are meant to be 6 years apart it's all good, but it seems they're supposed to be of similar age... at 22 he'll be a company director and her boss. Wondering what sort of loser wrote a story like this.
I love Kwon Nara, but no. That's 2 dramas in a row that have gone to platforms on my blocked list. I thought I'd mind, but strangely I couldn't care less... I'm slowly breaking my addiction thanks to Disney.
Great news, she's charming. In my opinion it was her outstanding performance in Red Balloon that got her noticed, and that led to a lead part in Marriage Revenge.
Actually KTL fell short more of its script writing (esp 2nd half of the show) not the director. Directing and…
True, a few stagnant episodes were disappointing. Overall it was well directed. With comedy actors of Seo-joon's pedigree it would have been pure gold.
Great, good cast. I'm a fan of all of them, esp. Na-eun. Headline was a bit hard to read, do we have to have the former pop group names? Rhetorical question... of course, it makes it hard to read and the information is irrelevant, so no, we don't need that. It comes up on Google searches, bit embarrassing for mdl if you ask me.
Except once. But we will forgive him that bad choice because we love him so much. (Can you guess which one I'm…
No, which one? I haven't seen The Girl Who Sees Scents btw... I've seen about half of his main catalogue.
Don't say Gong Shim. He was outstanding and it was a lot of fun. I love things like that, but especially Namkoong Min. One of the most original and charismatic male leads I've ever seen, it opened the door to his ML prominence.
You made me wanted to rewatch The Truth Beneath. Just finished it. The scene when Son Ye Jin and her husband argue…
Yes I've seen all (almost)... even the sex comedy with Cha Tae-hyun that were all the rage for a while.
I love Moment to Remember... except for one scene towards the end where the director tries out something that doesn't quite work, without that scene I'd have given it a 10.
You're right about the intensity in Truth Beneath, the scene you mentioned epitomises a performance that slapped me across the face. Sensational.
He's no longer with us, that actor. He did a few projects with Ye-jin, I used to wonder if he loved her off camera, the work they did together were roles where he appeared pitiful - something she mentioned in a memorial speech she gave.
Quite grand of you to presume you can speak for “Everyone” no?Also going by your claim,I’m sure this piece…
Good points, thanks, I agree. My assumption was based on the questions as to why flag this up while the drama's airing, and which agencies signed their talent to an unfunded project, those fees should be in reserve.
P.s. it was a hyperbolic 'everyone', naturally. Everyone can assume I don't know everyone.

Whoops, I meant Dr Prisoner, mixed up with Payback somehow!
P.s. you put the photo of the lady in the green jumper in the wrong place, LA (no, the wrong place is not Los Angeles!)
