The problem is that they call themselves her fans , they are so loud and so toxic.
And it was a few of them who brought this mainland drama to X; Even in kpop, there is this " rule" to not even bring weibo or twitter(China) mess to international platforms. These are the same people who are always dragging heyu as well so they just used this an opportunity to drag him even more......like why ? That guy is somewhere in Hengdian filming his drama, minding his business.

They even had me defending WHD here today even though I dont care about him. I just dont understand why you would accuse these 2 artists of something that some random spiteful person did.
Now today quite a few WHD fans started dragging her even more even though they stopped for a while.

That particular group HATE heyu so much that they do not care to see how they are bringing even more hate to her; This woman is somewhere working on her music and see what her fans helped created online...it is unfortunate.
. It really is not a good look to fall off with so many artists fanbases .

NOW when the drama is announced and she supports him when his next drama is out soon like she usually does with her costars then what???

At some point if as a fan what you are doing is bringing even more hate towards your fave, then are you really a fan?

The entitlement with these people will never cease to baffle me. They dont know her in real life....just like they dont know him in real life. Always acting as if they know better for her or him. Let people be friends in peace.

Thankfully Esther is not someone who is swayed by some of her fanbase and neither is heyu.

Even if I did not like heyu I feel sorry for him sometimes. He is literally just existing. How do they know that? If you notice these are the same people who are always dragging him all the time; they are just finding reasons to hate him even more.
I also feel sorry for Esther because a lot of her fans tend to create even more hate for her.
Like how do they know that? Where they there? Heyu is literally in a random group picture with that guy meanwhile that same guy is in many pics with WHD. I dont even care about WHD but they are accusing him of the same thing...saying that he and heyu are probably trash talking about Esther....And I saw that it is a fan of another actress who made that post that the POS Patrick guy liked.
At the very least maybe we can say that WHD and that guy are friends or friendly since there are in many pics together....but HEYU was literally in 1 random pic where that guy was and suddenly they are besties trashing Esther behind her back? Like what sense does that makes?

These " fans" do not like heyu for whatever reasons and are just finding any reasons to hate him even more....like it is just ridiculous !!!
Esther will not continue to befriend people who are not genuine to her and if or when she notices that they are , she stops interacting with them.

People just need to let her be and stop creating or bringing drama...and that include a lot of her fans who brought that drama to X in the 1st place.

Now when the drama is confirmed and Esther continue to interact with him like she did during the SAL era , they are going to feel really dumb......I just dont understand why they think that they know HIM better than she does. ..... They dont even know her personally.

I am just glad that they are a few reasonable fans on X who clearly see things for what they are; who are not led by emotions and are exercising their critical thinking skills because this just seems orchestrated to create division for her next project and more drama for her.

I rewatched it again the other day and somehow it gets even better with every rewatch .

I am sure that the collab will proceed ; do not worry. We literally saw a clip a few weeks ago of them building the set already in Hengdian; A few Melon masters who only post about drama confirmation already confirmed it.

This is just people trying to make both fanbases hate each other even more; you should just ignore it. It is all orchestrated imo. I left the KPOP sphere for a while because of the toxicity of it but I recently realized that cdrama twitter/IG/Social media.... is just as toxic if not more Smh.

Esther turns 31 this year and Heyu 30 in a few months. I just cant with people acting as if they are 2 year olds with no discernment whatsoever.

Be a celebrity sucks sometimes; he is over there filming his drama and minding his business and then you see all of this mess that people create online to sow discord; same as Esther who is somewhere working on her music....just minding her business.

Do not pay it any mind.

Saying that he did ALL the heavy lifting is highkey disrespectful to Esther who is the 1st billed here and I dont even think he would agree with that statement. They BOTH equally contributed to the success of the drama. Plus this is a IQYI event that Esther attended as the global ambassador.
I am sure that they will both winning awards for their roles at IQYI scream night at the end of the year.

Hmmmm...could we get a SAL reunion a this conference? It is probably not that accurate for some artists here but I think that there is a high probability for our leads at least.
Heyu current filming drama is with iqyi and is next rumoured that he will film.
Esther is IQYI global ambassador and all her next dramas are with IQYI so I think that the chances of either or both of them attending is high..... I guess we will see.

this page in particular is always posting fake melons for the most part; it is 1 of the least trustworthy melon pages on X. I think that I have them blocked, they are annoying lol. They would literally post fan-castings as melons sometimes.

Not sure why it took me so long to finally watch this but WOW...one of the best historical C dramas. I am literally on the edge of my seat every episode....seriously how many lives does zhan hai has ? Phewww....

Unpopular opinion maybe but I do not care for the loveline with the FL; Thankfully so far they dont have THAT many scenes and I can fastforward. I really dont think it was necessary in this drama and it feels " forced " imo.

I am sorry but I do not care about what she has going on or how she is trying to see who he really is or wants him to be important in her life when we have more pressing things to worry about like oh my goodness...who is going to try to take him next ? I just feel like the main plot is too interesting and pressing than worrying about that. I just fastforward most of their scenes tbh. Also I watched that actress in 1 drama and I really liked her acting there but something is not working here for me....idk if it is how her character is written. I just find her extremely annoying in this drama. I do not care to see what she has going on....and I just think that she is is a thorn in the ML plans tbh.

I am noticing the trend lately with these types of dramas in China; a lot of international fans dont care about them but they do very well there.

I think that it is because it was a IQYI original and Esther is IQYI Global Ambassador; Sigh......hopefully in a few years, it will be available on Netflix...that's usually what I saw happen with other popular dramas that had the same kind of situation.
