Your criticism is valid and I respect it; at least you have a reason for not rating it as highly; what I cannot take seriously is the fact that there are a lot of people who have not even watched this drama and are giving it very low reviews just because they want to rate her drama very low here (like they do with some of her other dramas).

Thank goodness it is doing very well on TV and other platforms.

I have noticed that a lot of chinese dramas love to do that; perpetuate this idea that blood is thicker no matter what; it is just not with this drama. I have noticed it with other dramas that I have watched.

It has low ratings here (I honestly don't take MDL ratings seriously) but somehow keeps breaking TV records everyday domestically.

MDL Ratings are a joke LOL. You will see dramas have a really high ratings here sometimes because some some actors with big fanbases band together to rate it really high , other times some actors who have detractors here have their dramas downrated here in masses (not only Seven because I see it with others).
Every time I come to this page the overall ratings keep dropping while this drama is breaking his own ratings record every day LOL.
