He seems so excited when he was talking about the story of joy and Abay as well in interviews . I think it's the fact that he loves to do stunts and enjoy all the physicality demands that comes with doing a historical drama since he loves sports, working out and all that good stuff so in that sense I can see how this drama might edge it a little for him lol.

I follow his fan pages and that's the only consistent rumour so I'm pretty sure it's happening. It starts filming in December btw . He even said himself in his recent OK interview how his next drama will be a historical and mentioned in another one how he can't wait to go back to Hengdian and that's where the drama will be filmed. As far as it being confirmed, it's just a matter of time imo.

Yep I see all the materials for wol slowly being revealed and I think they say 11/8. And sf6 December/January .Hope ABAY is end of 2nd quarter next year. I just hope we'll get promo as well then lol.

I said that I was glad that she tried doing something she doesnt always do; being in a project with a lot of skinships for example and she did very well IMO. Fair enough, we are all entitled to our own opinions. I rewatched this drama again the other day, loved, loved their chemistry. As for Jing Boran, I saw him a movie a few years ago so I was not surprised lol.

OMG did anyone hear about the new rumour today about her starring in a IQYI fantasy/costume drama filming early next year ? How exciting !!!! Who are the TSY fans who wanted her to do more of these types of drama? LOL.
This will be her 1st ever Xianxia if she accepts this; I never thought I would see the day . I wonder who is going to be the male lead.

Imo she looked very comfortable; that is what I have seen some people say. I guess we all see differently because I dont see the stiff and uncomfortable some people say. If the kisses didnt seem natural in some other dramas as it is the cases Ive seen in so many c-dramas, more often than not it was because of the character she played that called for it. She didnt seem "stiff " in Flight to you with wang kai either, so when someone people say that I just feel like they havent watched some of her dramas and just judge her by some of her very early dramas.

He is recording a variety show on 11/7 to promote WOL so I'm hoping we get a variety show as well for ABAY. Best case scenario would be airing it at the end of the 1st half of 2024 (May or June as he would be done filming his historical with Tian Xi Wei in April or May).

In Xu Kai's new interview in ok magazine they said that ABAY will be "released to the audience very soon". He also talked about his character Han ting, his perception of said character and how he might differ from him.... very interesting. 3 dimensionals, not a perfect character, ..the way he kept describing him (I didnt read the book ), YES !!! I am so excited to watch it !!! Anyways, I hope by soon they mean early next year at the most because releasing it this year when 1 of his dramas is strongly rumoured to air next month and the other one in December is just too much. Also Seven is still filming and won't probably be done until December. I feel like if it releases this year we won't get that much promo and I need promo @Tencent. Next year is best.

This is why sometimes I don't even trust MDL ratings anymore especially when the celeb is extremely popular. I've seen fans literally make it a plan to come here in droves and rate a specific drama 9/10 stars for their faves dramas to increase the overall rating so I wouldn't be surprised if the same is done in reverse. It's a little bit too suspicious that suddenly a few of his dramas would suddenly decrease ratings.......and what is this timing when 2 of his dramas are rumoured to air soon.

Did I say that a lot of people don't like her? I'm aware that she still has fans. As far as I know, this is the drama page and not her page. I did say that I was going to watch it for Wallace but it looks like it's not going to air anyways. I just feel sorry for the lead actor that I actually like and the production team.

I doubt it. I follow her fan pages and I haven't seen anyone mentioning anything of the sort and they would know because they literally know everything about her, rumours and what not. The only consistent rumor drama I heard from her side is that it looks like she'll star in a female centric drama but I doubt Xukai would be casted in it. He's " too big" of a star for that IMO . And it'll have 3 or 4 different male leads. I think that the historical he mentioned in his recent interview is probably that rumored drama with Tian xi wei.
Also, you can't trust YouTube with drama rumors...too many fanfics written there lol.

What is that I'm hearing about the SFL suddenly becoming the FL? So what are they going to do? Edit her out? I know they invested a lot of money into this but they might as well shelve the drama like someone else said. It's unfortunate for Wallace and the production team but I already gave up about this drama coming out. I don't see how her fans take her "weibo being lifted" as she's not banned anymore.

Welcome 🙂. I really don't think that drama is still coming. I don't know why it's still on their pages here. It has been years and we haven't heard anything ever since. Tbh I'm not even sure if I want that drama for her. I like him and he seems to be cool but it's the fans. I see how badly a lot of them drag Victoria Song for being "too old for him" and I'm just like smh. I wouldn't care if that drama never saw the light of the day honestly. The synopsis doesn't sound very interesting too. So excited for ABAY next year and Shu Brocade as well🎉🎉. I hope she announces a new project by the end of the year. Since she'll be done filming then.

I wished she would act more and I just know that she will quit her career once she gets married which is a shame. Well Im looking forward to her movie next year and I hope the London shows she will have in the next few months go well.

Can any Dori fans tell me what Amuse is doing with his acting career ? He seems to like acting from some interview I saw from him years ago. Why do they have him as a full blown model but barely get him any acting jobs , while his peers have dramas, movies year after year ? Even with his music that he seems to be passionate about , he seems to be doing that a lot of his own. It boggles my mind that the hype he got in 2019/20 from dramas he was in, faded a bit because they didnt use that momentum to get him more acting gigs as it is norm when some actors have a breakout role. He had a much bigger revival with Alice in the borderland where he got as much hype as Kento for the 1st one even though he had a very small role...then he got in some very low budget drama , was it last year ? and not much movie wise or drama since then. I wished his besties kamiki and sato left with him when they left Amuse. All he is doing there is modelling and not much acting wise and it sucks because he is such a talented actor. I wonder what they have on him for him to be still staying there. He is not getting acting jobs and the 1 or 2 dramas he got in the last 3 years had a very shitty plot with low budget where he wasnt even the ML, just 1 of the ML.

Love the lead actors. Can't wait untill it finishes airing so I can watch it and hopefully a translator will pick it up . I have already read that it started with great ratings 👏👏👏. As expected, with this stellar cast.
