I hope at least the ending will be happy. Ming and Joe deserve a happy ending. And they owe us a special episode filled with happy couple moments with Joe, Ming, and the two families without Tong.
And let's talk about the terrible preview of episode 12. In my opinion, the two episodes should have been together;…
I expected at least a few things: - Tong destroyed. - Ming and Joe together. - A happy episode 12... - Ming’s family accepting the relationship.
I wasn’t asking for much, but no. We’re going to see Joe hesitate again just because the old man said, “Aren’t you tired?” I wanted to tell him to shut up. And Joe, just based on that one line, decides to leave—what a joke. Joe has no personality... he annoys me by always hesitating about everything!
Why should Ming lose his fortune? They do this in every drama with rich people... come on, can’t you be rich and gay? It's 2024; it’s time to show some changes in your series. Give Ming his money back.
It frustrates me that Tong has access to the money and now can even use the child to blackmail everyone.
They managed to create the worst episode of the entire series. Nothing was right.Excuse me, but Tong's redemption…
And let's talk about the terrible preview of episode 12. In my opinion, the two episodes should have been together; there's no point in separating them. Unsurprisingly, we’ll see what Ming went through during those three years. Okay, that’s nice, but not for an hour... I need to see Joe coming back to Ming, and I want to see Ming regain his fortune, thank you! After all, I think it was Ming’s father who sent the police and not the mother; otherwise, do the women in this family have no backbone at all? They shouldn’t be useless...
If episode 12 doesn’t end well, I don’t think I’ll watch it. I’m really disappointed... and even if it does end well, will we get two minutes of happiness? Pointless.
The ending of this series is a huge disappointment, and yet I loved it.
They managed to create the worst episode of the entire series. Nothing was right.
Excuse me, but Tong's redemption in the last episode, or rather the penultimate one, without any reason, is a joke, right? Because we were promised that he would suffer, and nothing happened. Tong won on all fronts. Trying to make us believe that he chose May out of love and that he would sacrifice his career and life for Joe... I was torn between laughing and crying out of frustration. So Ming has to suffer, Joe has to suffer, but not Tong? Are the writers mocking us?! And the "I’m leaving May to keep her and the child safe" bit is the joke of the year.
Then the mafia... which comes out of nowhere and targets the son of one of the richest families in the country, is a joke? I studied the mafia, and generally, they try to get powerful families and law enforcement on their side, not the other way around...
So your moral is that Ming will lose his fortune, but not Tong, because apparently May has no pride and doesn't care that her husband has been using her brother and her fortune for 10 years... Bravo Tong, you’ve won everything.
I am extremely disappointed. They ruined everything. I don't even want to give it an 8.5 anymore because, after this episode, the series doesn't deserve more than a 7...
I mean family accepting the relationship would feel even more forced to me. The only way the might accept is that…
Ming just needs to find his family's weak spot instead of being a victim of their schemes. And honestly, knowing that Tong will have the family's money at his disposal and that he managed to get rid of Ming already annoys me.
I mean family accepting the relationship would feel even more forced to me. The only way the might accept is that…
This whole money or love story already annoys me... we've seen this scenario fifty times... it's not innovative at all, and I'll never find it romantic. On the contrary, if Ming stands firm in his relationship and the family ends up accepting it, I would find that much more intelligent and compelling.
Well, I don't like it. I feel like they're going to pull the rich guy giving up his fortune for love thing again, blah blah... and everyone is going to find it romantic, whereas in 2024, we shouldn't have this trope anymore... but rather the family ending up accepting the relationship...
I think you're right, it annoys me a bit that Joe lets Ming fight alone for their relationship. He is quite a…
Joe should think a bit more about others' feelings. Yes, what he went through is awful, but once he decided to get back with Ming, logically he should have faced everything with him. This isn't a decision to be taken lightly, especially knowing Ming's situation...
If Joe doesn't know what he wants, he should let Ming go. He should tell him that he doesn't want to be with him anymore.
i mean if u put urself in joe’s shoes it makes sense why he isn’t fighting, he’s constantly being told by…
I can put myself in Joe's shoes, in fact, I've been doing that since the beginning of the drama. Ming has suffered from a lack of affection and a cruel, ruthless family that thinks everything can be bought with money... which isn't entirely false either...
But for me, you can't ask your boyfriend to stand up to his whole family for you without being 100% sure that you want to be with him and are ready to stay by his side in this fight.
Joe gives me the impression of always being lost in his entire life... If he's not ready to face Ming's family, why make him believe that he would come back to him? I mean... come back when you're sure you want to...
Ming doesn't deserve to be hit, mistreated, or treated like crap by his family just for Joe... especially if Joe isn't sure he wants to get back with him.
Here, we were dealing with a forced and unwanted coming out...
I think you're right, it annoys me a bit that Joe lets Ming fight alone for their relationship. He is quite a…
I mean... after about six episodes since his body change... he should have made a final decision about this relationship and not doubt it every time there's a problem, especially when the issue comes from Ming's family and not Ming himself... At the end of episode 10, it looked like it was AGAIN MING'S FAULT WHEN HE DID NOTHING WRONG. MAKE A DECISION, JOE.
I think you're right, it annoys me a bit that Joe lets Ming fight alone for their relationship. He is quite a…
I'm sure we'll see him hesitate again throughout the entire episode 11 because he doesn't know what he wants... instead of being united with his boyfriend as one should be in this type of situation. It's as if Ming is fighting alone for the both of them.
I may be tripping here, but Joe is letting Ming do all the fighting. Ming is a red flag, I know it, but once we…
I think you're right, it annoys me a bit that Joe lets Ming fight alone for their relationship. He is quite a passive character; he never does anything in the end.
I want a happy ending with: -> Ming and Joe together and happy. -> May divorced from Tong. -> Tong without money and alone. -> Ming's parents accepting the MingJoe relationship.
There were so many things wrong with this episode, I cannot even start to count.Joe forgiving Ming everything…
Ming must be very skilled in bed 🤭.
Anyway, I think that between Episode 5 and Episode 10, Ming has changed a lot and shown his love for Joe. And let's remember that Joe doesn't really have any issues with most of the things Ming has done. Joe's main problem was with Ming's feelings for Tong. Even in Episode 10, it bothers him when Tong calls Ming; he's in a bit of a bad mood during breakfast. If you remove Tong from the picture, Joe has no more issues with Ming.
I had a second interpretation for the preview of Episode 11, and I don't like it.
May might be pregnant, so we can already say goodbye to Ming's revenge since he adores his sister; he won't hurt the father of her child...
May being pregnant means Ming would pay the 100 million for Tong.
Tong would call Joe to push Ming to give the money, and Ming would do it. Since Ming isn't responding to Tong anymore, Tong would ask Joe, and Joe, being a bit naive, wouldn't say no to a man expecting a child.
Then Tong would be released and grateful to Joe (yes, really), and ultimately, Tong would side with Ming and Joe against the family.
And then... everyone loves each other, and Tong never pays for his wickedness...
Or worse, in the end, Ming pays for everyone and gets disowned by his family, leaving him with no money...
- Tong destroyed.
- Ming and Joe together.
- A happy episode 12...
- Ming’s family accepting the relationship.

The series just lost 0.5 points in my rating.
