It's the way every man in Dr He's family had a wonderful first impression of Xi Fan. Him, his grandfather and his father. Despite his issues with his father, the man definitely approves of them already as evidenced by that smile when he saw them together.
Thank God someone brought this up. We need a character change in ML honestly. He is too unrealistic and green…
You people fail to realise that there are men out there in real life who wait for a particular woman for years. They are rare of course, but calling it unrealistic is wrong.
I would even understand if after high school he moved on because that was an outright rejection. But presently, he has gotten a glimpse of what she went through, he obviously loves her and wants to know more about what happened. Not all men are fickle, if he decided to wait, who are you to judge his decision?
I'm shocked at this comment.Nobody said she did the right thing by leaving. We just understand her reasons for…
Like i said previously, we are not saying leaving was right. My point is, a lot of grace should be extended to victims of SA. As we can see in the preview of the next episode, the 6 months away were not wasted, she took that time to build up her courage again.

Not everyone that has been SAd will admit to it. Some don't even know what they went through is SA. You think you're spitting facts but you are so wrong. If we conduct a poll here now asking how many of the commenters have been SAd, you would be so shocked. How do you know I haven't gone through what Wen Yi Fan has? At least she had the courage to speak up, but was ignored.
However painful or triggering it might be to certain members in the audience of this drama, it is still highly…
Punishment for sexual offenders is better in some countries/cultures than others. In my country, we have a high profile case at the moment. A female member of our Senate accused the Senate president of sexual harassment. What was the response? 1. Her fellow women from the Senate president's home town took up placards to defend the man. 2. She was suspended from the senate for 6 months stating that she caused a disturbance because she raised her voice at one of the meetings. A woman was amongst the disciplinary committee by the way. 3. Our very own first lady said that there are rules and regulations in politics and bla bla bla.
This is a woman in a high political position in the country, even she wasn't heard. What about the common women?
All those comments saying, Do you know how much trauma an SA victim has to handle? How much PTSD they might have?βand…
I'm shocked at this comment. Nobody said she did the right thing by leaving. We just understand her reasons for doing so. We are talking about a person that has been through SA, abandonment, harassment. She hasn't gotten any psychological treatment that we know of. Obviously, she's going to have flaws. Everyone has different response to trauma and PTSD. Just because most people haven't been through what she has doesn't mean we can't empathise. Are you telling us you can't try to understand someone who has been through SA? Oh My God!!!!

Oh, I'm excited about the sweet moments.
No matter the changes made, I'll still watch and support all the same.
Oh nooooo, Da Qiao's love story is a wonderful one, why would they do that to her?
Hmmmm, these changes, I don't know if I'll like them π€π€π€
Thank you for your response.

But seeing some takes on here is scary.
