From my understanding, they are just going over what happened in Gusu more in depth to give better background…
Ooooohhh... Thank you! I hope you're right. I don't mind to watch a cut version but it would be REALLY nice if they take this chance to use some new footage.
Anyone can explain what it's the difference with the original version??? Edit: Ok, nevermind. For what I'm seeing, they've reordered the scenes so it's chronological (somewhat, bc it begins with the Jiang Trio at the Cloud Recess). I don't know what are they gonna do once there's no time jumps... Maybe they will use extra footage like a director's cut version or something?
Look, I'm not gonna complain here for having the excuse to watch the drama again, I've rewatched the entire show already once and several episodes I've rewatched them so many times I know the dialogues by heart. But I don't understand the reason behind this decision. Maybe it's to know how many die-hard fans CQL have? Bc otherwise it makes no sense.
Like many dramas, there of course will be traumatics moment. In my opinion this drama follows a cliche route so…
I want you to know that I spilled tea through my nose. All the post is with that level-headed tone and THEN that LAST LINE. I spilled tea all over the screen and keyboard and my nose itches and I'm picturing you doing the universal gesture of "strangle" but with a perfect straight face and I'm losing it again LMAO

I think they've already gave us clues with the opening and the shorts at the end of each ep. Like, I think there's gonna be a huge conflict narratively: finally people in the South are gonna figure out she's in the North, wich will cause political conflict and indeed she's gonna be on every news channel. It's probable they will go with a King 2 Hearts route and make that a final push for semi-reunification or something that would make traveling rules more lax (remember they have to make the soldier who likes dramas be able to diner with Choi Ji Woo) or they make Jung Huyk and the 4 soldiers like a team of diplomats or something.
In any case I think there's 2 things that are sure: 1- somehow the Four Musketeers and Jung Huyk are gonna be able to travel to the South 2- Se Ri and Jung Huyk are gonna meet again in Switzerland when they're heartbroken.
What I don't know is where they're gonna live together eventually. Even if they go to the fantastical route of reunification or at the very last make them important enough that they can travel freely, I can't see either of them living happily in the other's country.
What I CAN see is both of them living happily in Switzerland, JH studying/playing the piano and relaxing at last after avenging his brother's death; SR paragliding and ruling her company from afar.
BUT I know that's unlikely even if makes the more sense narratively. They're never gonna make a couple live happily in a foreign country (bc they can't live in any of their countries if they want to live together) bc they're too patriotic for that. They wouldn't consider that a "happy ending", they would prefer a sad ending in wich they would live separately and waiting for the reunification in order to be together. Wich. Sucks. I doubt very much that I will like the ending.
I want to warn everyone in case you guys did what I did and don't watch till the very end of the ep bc you don't want to watch the preview: WATCH UNTIL THE END. THERE'S LITTLE STORIES AFTER THE CREDITS!!
WTF?! I just commented here a minute ago after watching the last ep available (with a trial vip account, but it’s less than 2$) and it was the 42. Now I enter a fee minutes later to see if there’s some teaser from the next ep and I see 2 more eps available!! AgsfshsgshbdhsjshYESSSS
Chinese fans who are VVIP members can watch the ending tonight. I hope it won't be bad like other bromance shows.
Same as Helena. I bought the mensual subscription of WeTv (pity that you can only watch the vip/latest eps on the app and not on desktop) and I can only see ultil ep 42 available. Is there another level of vip that can watch the remain 8 eps this night? I’m confused...
Let's be honest... if this is not gonna be a love triangle it's gonna be a huge revolution in terms of Thai BL…
I don't understand what you mean... You're tired of poly relationships bc it's "plain romance with no real-life elements"??? I'm confused... Gurl, tell me what are those poly shows bc I don't know any apart from the western show Siren.
Edit:
