It would be different if you were paying for a service, like netflix or something like that, and requested something (like better subs not made with ai/google translate), bc you would be like "if this keeps being this bad, I will cancel the service" and they don't want that. This is def not it. If you don't like something made for free on the internet, you can just...not watch it. Not everything have to cater your tastes.
Third: again, they're not obligated to do something just bc you asked. Being firm is something you do stating your boundaries, not demanding something from a stranger. And yes, you were being a dick.

1- the place is obviously ok, what remodelation is needed? 2- why the workers that are there are a problem?? Like. They're against a remodelation. Ok, and? They're not the owners, just fire them if they're making problems. Also, if the place is not open to the public, where are their salaries coming from?? I just don't get it.
Even if the place is ok on a surface level and it is nedeed some remodelation, why the people working there is a problem?
The only thing I can think of is that their contracts are blinded and cannot be fired. But even then, what are they gonna do if you send there contractors to fix the place? Ghost stuff??
I just don't get it. Maybe some chinese citizen can explain this to me bc I don't understand.
Also, Su Cheng Yun proposing to just destroy the place and build something new as an option is just wild to me, like what??
