Having watched 32 episodes. Started good, got boring, then dragged, then predictable all wrapped up in fluff.

It a Cdrama that have normal tropes.

If you are a veteran its nothing you haven't seen, if you're a novice it's going to be sweet and fluffy and having you feeling the world is pink, if you're an amateur it would probably have one a or two little quirks you find good.

Rewatch value is pretty low, I honestly can't recall something that really stuck with me thus far to warrant a rewatch. However, as a one-time watch, I am enjoying it for what it is.

I hope they conclude it in this season. Kill that evil man once and for all. Cha

Only use it for parts where they are speaking too fast or you dont understand. At this stage we amazing understand alot by picking upon on phrases and piecing together.

I am not going to lie, after the romance of the condor didn't expect this would be much better. However, I am really enjoying this.

I agree about the female lead not fitting into the character. Think this was a good drama, however, it could have been 10 episodes shorter.

I dont mind not having heavy skin ship as I can satisfy that other places. But I agree, their relationship feels very gray. I am thinking its more coming of age and realising who they are but at the same time, that gray area is hard to swallow. So I agree that its more of a bromance.

However, it is sweet and the development of Tine how he went from being so outgoing to very reflective, timid and reserved. it can either highlight different attitudes based on situation or him being his real self finally. Not sure which lol.

I have been watching Asian movies and dramas for so long that I think I expected much more evolution in the script writing. Am I expecting too much?

I just want to know what kind of General is Shoe Feng. OfficerZhou did so many questionable things and based on the opening and ending clips he really is clueless.

They should really add immature and foolish female lead to the tags. This would give us a more accurate understanding of the type of character if we need to avoid.

However, I do like the chemistry and relationship between the leads. The cast is playing their roles in my opinion very well. It is just the profile of the FL is my chagrin as well as the stupidity of someone who is supposed to protect the ML.
