Like I understand the boyfriend thing since he technically is her boyfriend but it's more the taking over KMJ life that rubs me the wrong way which she does understand at the end of the show

I don't know if it's because the Taiwanese version did it better or if I've just grown (or maybe them showing how KMJ is stuck in some creepy place in her head) but the whole going back in time to be with someone who "LOOKS" like your boyfriend is so crazy and selfish knowing you're living someone elses life and altering their relationships

Overall it was good, but idk what happened towards the end, like I kinda like some aspects of the last two episodes but it kinda lowered the rating for me but overall 8/10 not as good as the first season but it's a solid season

i'm starting to feel like 24 episodes is too short, like the intruigue, the chemistry, the supsense. I really think Esther Yu suit's this sort of cold characters, it gives a different kind of beauty which is so alluring, and iI've always felt that Yu Xiao suits these kinds of roles so i'm happy she's getting a main role. This so sooo good I really hope it stays this way 🙏

Regardless of casting i'm wondering how this will translate as a drama? I recently re-read the novel and tbh it's very Gary/Mary Sue. The leads never really take a loss except for the latter parts of the book. Usually dramas need lots of intrigue and setbacks but tbh it's pretty smooth sailing for the leads in the story, but thats what makes it such a good story. I jst don't know how it'll look like in drama form especially the intimacy between the leads since I highly doubt censorship will allow them to be as emm "close" as they are in the novel

I also find it all a bit weird ( i haven't seen the last episoe yet) but why is everyone okay with this? like regardless whether the marriage is a cover and not out of love Nuea and Marine are still 3rd parties in the relationship, (to outsiders they're basically having an affair) and when anything serious happens in the future they won't be considered family or next of kin because they're not married. I just find the whole premise a bit uncomfortable.

Forget about how the source material (the novel) is 10x better, the drama was so promising and the chemistry was there but after highschool everything felt rushed and it aso felt like they were trying to make it more light hearted so all the conflict just felt unreseolved or not impactful enough. They had 30 episodes yet this was all they could give.... if I hadn't read the novel i'd definitely give it an 8/9 espiecially because I love ZYR and SZ but unfortunately looks like i'll be giving it a 6.5

*edit* I'll give it a 7 just based on the highschool arc alone

THISSS!! Nick is definitely a red flag but there's so many red flags I barely even noticed, especially when your in a "relationship" with someone like Boston like I'm not even suprised

I've rewatched it too many times to count it's such a guilty pleasure show

Well they are still in highschool so not much but they are definately a lot more comfotable with each other and they went on a date (although as 'friends') and if it follows the original novel i'm sure it won't be long for them to start dating but it looks like they've skipped certain to points so it might not happen for a a few more episodes

I really liked Love Syndrome because of how good the chemistry between Frank and Lee were so I thought I might watch this as well but I'm cringing so bad I pray they don't use dubbing for the show and it's actually just the trailer because I've watched many dubbed shows but this may just be the worst if so, I mean I don't want to judge (I am anyways lol) but the dub doesn't even match the mouth shapes in the trailer let alone the faces especially Kok's
