Li Qin rocks. Totally dominated the screen with her sword against the emperor. Here we have an actual fierce FL general not those other fake FLs generals who act all rough but comes across as just cute. Li Qin portrayed this character so effortlessly. Most times I don't like when FLs character is so strong that ML is merely reduced to second fiddle but in this drama I don't feel like that. FL is strong for ML and I like that. They are equals in each others eyes. No one is a damsel in a distress. She holds him tight so that he won't fall down because of the numerous people betraying him. She is his rock anf because of her his humanity still stands else he would have killed everyone by now. FYX & FSG are the actual power couple that I have been searching for all this time.

Actually i don't understand the princess logic in falling for SML. She said that she started loving him after he saved her but whom did he save her from. From his own army. His army was the reason she was in danger and him just letting her go was the reason she fell in love with him. Dumbest kind of logic.

Nice! Here comes the third wheel. I was quite happy actually that the show is solely focussing on main leads relationship until the end of 6th episode. That guy seriously looks like a third wheel material.

I am very glad that Li Qin is finally getting the recognition she deserves. She is the senior most actress when compared to other actresses who debuted a lot later after her but became famous. She has been here as long as I can remember since I started watching c dramas. It's just that she didn't get that perfect character she rightfully deserves. Huge thanks to makers for not adapting the novel. That novel is shit with FL obsessing over SML and ML acting like a simp. FSG has softened up a lot coz of FL but here he is as decisive and as fierce as ever when it comes to things that matter. SML is past the point of any redemption. Cultivating blood warriors is something that I won't be able to excuse him for. At this point it's very clear that he manipulated his three generals making them feel like he is their savior but infact he is the reason that blood camp existed in the first place. This reveal was hard on FL. She was surged with so many emotions at once. I sm glad that she is next to ML now. No matter how ruthless ML is, he is a straightforward guy. He is not a cunning fox like SML.

I am worried for the emperor to be honest. What would his father do if ML actually loses his cool and goes berserk. His father hinted in one of the earlier eps that ML would even burn the palace to the ground. That's how dangerous FSG is.

She definitely knows that he likes her. All his emotions are clearly visible on his face.

FL definitely know that ML likes her. She started teasing him already. ML is not good at hiding his emotions. This is one of those rare dramas where court scenes are not boring at all especially the scenes between ML and his father. The unrestrained FSG is soooo hot. I hope they show this side of him more in the upcoming eps.
