I want a proper ending. I hate loose ends, and dragging things out to another season. I'm glad this is only 12 episodes, as it makes for tighter story telling leading up to a proper climax.

He can't do his job as a Firefighter anymore, because he keeps disappearing when he closes his eyes. He can't always control it.

I actually thought Scary Mom was in on the plan to have FL fake her suicide, at first. I was surprised when it was Grandma who was in on the plan instead. But then it looks like Scary Mom had a different plan, and we don't know what that was yet.

Why the yellow door? Yellow is the FL's color.

I like that her plan was to get out of BOTH families and disappear. She's also trying to get away from Scary Mom, by having the life insurance policy pay out. Which makes me wonder what Scary Mom's plan was that Scary Uncle was supposedly doing, while he was really helping FL.

I also love Dong Hee's weight loss has been bit by bit, but the Episode 10 change from the beginning of the episode to the middle seemed like she dropped 40 lbs in a week, with no flabby skin.

But it wasn't destroyed in the past. Still, he couldn't go back to his wife's crash, either, so I guess this tracks.

Oh, so it was a real movie?

1. I-NAAAAAA! She's got her boyfriend. Her fake friend is cancelled. And she's using her powers for good.

2. I had a feeling that FL was doing a scam, but I thought Scary Mom was in on it. Now it looks like Grandma was in on it, but Scary Mom was not. Scary Mom had some other scam going, which we don't know about. Scary Mom got the insurance money from FL's death, so as far as FL is concerned, she should be free of Scary Mom. But Scary Mom has suspicions. (I wonder if Scary Mom might get hauled back to jail for faking FL's death to collect the insurance money?)

3. Dong Hee lost those last 40 lbs way too fast. That was too abrupt a change.

4. Dong Hee's fiancé needs to get his comeuppances. Preferably while 200 feet in the air while being flown by Dong Hee over a river.

5. Now I really don't know where this is all going. This show is a 10 for me.

6. And knock it off with the Kopiko product placement. I would be fine if they just showed the wrapper obliquely and popped one in their mouth. But it's the full screen time, with the "MMMMMMMMMN, I needed that. It's so good," that I can live without. It's so jarring.

7. Gwi-Joo was sooooo happy in the car with her. Why didn't he go back to that moment and follow what FL and scary uncle did?

8. Poor Gwi-Joo popping back into a crashed car with the windshield wipers going AGAIN.

9. Scary Uncle helping out I-Na by looking into her eyes. Scary Uncle making sure the car won't go into the river after the crash. Scary Mom knowing that Scary Uncle went to the beach, so she's tracking him. I wonder what she has on him that he has to do her bidding.

10. What if Gwi-Joo waits until they are both really old, and Da-Hae finally dies at the age of 80, to finally go back and save her?

Episode 10: I have thoughts.

Dong Hee's flying has got to come into this somehow. Maybe she saves one of them from falling 5 stories? Checkov's superpower?

". . . then comes Do Da Hae , when Gwi Ju uses his power and goes back to a past memory with Do Da Hae , she can see and interact with him .
what this results in is that if he interacts with Da Hae , he ends up changing the future ."

I disagree politely. He doesn't end up changing the future, because he ends up doing exactly what Da Hae says has already happened. He can't change the future. He caused it to start with.

Even with the flowers. He told himself, "I'm not going to give the flowers to her." And then the bike rides by and he grabs her, and she gets the flowers. And he says to himself, "So that's how it happened." So now he's convinced he can safely save her in the past, because he's already done it. She's alive. What he doesn't know, is how that's going to affect him in his present time and his future.

So I think we're saying the same thing. He has to complete the loop. He has no choice, even if he thinks he has free choice, he's actually causing the events to happen.

The Kopiko product placement is killing me. It's so jarring.

Episode 13: The hazards of time travel.

Setting: Gwi-Joo and Da-Hae's honeymoon.

Da-Hae: Honey, please stop! Apparently you had a very good time, because 20 of you just showed up to watch, and it's creeping me out.

I was hoping that scammer husband was scary mom's former lover who screwed her over, and scary mom would help the Boks take him down. I was a bit disappointed that he was one of the scammers scary mom used to screw over the Boks. But it made perfect sense, so I really can't complain. I like that this show goes where I don't think it's going, but it makes sense. I like that I can't predict it's end game.

OOOOO, interesting theory!

I-NAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!! Damn, she's good. I needed a whole box of tissues for today's episode. And Ki-Ho!!!! Young love!

The Gwi-Joo who went back to tell ML and FL where to find I-na was dressed very differently than we've seen him before. He was not wearing the light colored, short sleeve shirt of this episode, but a black shirt and black bomber jacket. Now I have to remember this black outfit for future episodes. It seems odd that Gwi-Joo from "tonight" wouldn't have gone back to Gwi-Joo from "this afternoon." It seems that Gwi-Joo from "this coming winter" went back. Odd.

I barely trust anything Grandma dreams. She often gets it wrong. And it appears that FL is feeding Grandma info to "fake" dreams to scary mom.

In Episode 8's preview, it shows Granddad sitting in the Disco and someone with The Precious (TM) puts their hand on his shoulder. That scene never occurred in Ep. 9. Instead, Grandma tries to gate crash the disco.
