My nephew with Asperger's syndrome always fails interviews. His dad calls up the company and begs them to give him a chance. They hire him, and he becomes their best employee and they promote him. This has happened a few times, as the family has moved a few times to different parts of the country. But it is consistent. Once they know him, they love him.

Have you watched "It's OK to Not Be OK?" The Autistic man in that show is not a genius.

She acts exactly like my nephew with Asperger's syndrome. He's the only one in his family to graduate from university. He has a friend in his autism social group who is similar to the penguin guy in a later episode. So the writers did a good job portraying some of the autism spectrum.

No, there is another autistic person in the show who does not have a great memory and is not insanely intelligent. Have you watched the show? They show that autism is a spectrum.
