Min-Woo and Joon-Ho are not friends. They're co-irkers that happen to room together. I've had lots of roommates over the years who I was not friends with, but we were friendly while we roomed together. However, if Min-Woo keeps this shit up, home life is going to get very awkward. I guess he figured if WYW got hired through connections and when he complained nothing happened, so why not take advantage himself. The big difference is WYW was hired because she's good and the CEO wanted to right a wrong. WYW should have been hired. Min-Woo is blackmailing Mom, and that won't end well.
