Yes I am not all in for the HN being MY’s mother either. But MY’s knows who killed KT’s mother and tried to protect that person which is why she threatened ST, everything is possible
I personally think that she was really successful in achieving a healthier coping mechanism, counting to three…
I understand your point and I agree with all you said. To summarize mine and to take what you said last last, I just hope she doesn’t translate « be happy » equals « being with KT » in the end :)
I personally think that she was really successful in achieving a healthier coping mechanism, counting to three…
Yes indeed she held back once, only in Ms Park's case but imo it was because she missed KT. For example, in the scene where she said she was happy she held back, thinking about the kiss, felt a bit unsettling for me. Because it felt like a reward she gained from not using violence, when not using violence is the normal. So it makes me think that she still doesn't fully understand how toxic this behavior is but still using KT's method because KT said it.
Moreover, she didn't held back with the ex-husband when she was about to throw that rock, with Juri when she reached for the knife before she got distracted or when she pushed the CEO in the stairs or tried to beat him with a lamp.
What I meant is that I want her to be able to cope with anger on her own. She is indeed getting there slowly, and it takes time for sure. I just hope she adopts an healthy coping mechanism, unrelated to KT's presence or absence in her life and that she stays grounded in her own energy :)
I loved this episode. It was pure joy, and progress has been made on every aspects. The brothers could have a fair fight, without one overpowering the other or submitting to the other. ST is understanding the importance of opening up to others and accepting others as family. KT reclaimed himself and shared such an important part of their past. He never told anyone about his mother but he confided in MY first. His happiness and smile are more genuine and it shows to people around him.
MY is doing her best to find her own happiness. We can see that her fashion becomes less extravagant and more simple, as she is letting her guards down. But... are we gonna talk about the fact that she was gonna commit at least 4 murders if not for KT in the past 3 episodes ?
I wish to see the episode where she doesn't reach for something to physically hurt someone first whenever the situation troubles her. Because as long as your coping mechanisms are unhealthy, you are unhealthy. She needs to be ok and sit in peace with the anger.
The actress was so good ! I loved the Lead couple of the past better than in the present time. The storyline was okay but I was more invested in the romance than the political and criminal stories.
You mean for your first k-drama ever ? It might set your expectations very high lol so I would say yes because it's a phenomenal drama and no because you might not find anything quite like it. JK just jump right into it :D
You know, knowing this drama not sure if I should look for any underlying meaning behind this line's repetition…
I find it funny that nobody actually ever answer this question but the CEO at the end. If you look at it, in real life nobody really ask this type of question. When asking someone "who do you like more between me and so?" it shows a lack of self confidence and need for validation from the other person. We always except the answer to be "me", so that the "me" can feel validated in regards to your love for somebody else. That is being dependent to someone because we are not confident enough that our self alone is enough to get the other person's love and validation so we always associate it with someone else's. I was so happy that the CEO broke that unhealthy cycle for us. And it was backed by what Juri said about the need the love oneself first (be happy) before being able to be happy with someone else.
As they say, you really can't pour from an empty cup.
Guys im confused is Park Ok Ran really do hee jae aka go moonyoung's mother or is she fake. But all signs point…
Well in the trailer for episode 11 someone mentioned this "She had multiple plastic surgery". It might be referring to Ms Park or someone else but I have my bet on Ms Park so far.. if that's the case she might be MY's mother or a relative to MY's mother imo. An obsessive fan wouldn't get plastic surgery for not resembling the one she's obsessed with right ? And so far nobody saw the resemblance with MY's mother.
Moreover, she didn't held back with the ex-husband when she was about to throw that rock, with Juri when she reached for the knife before she got distracted or when she pushed the CEO in the stairs or tried to beat him with a lamp.
