Wow I just realized they had such a great cast, but somehow the story was a bit messy towards the end. I hope to see both lead in another drama together.
I watched this drama more than a year ago and it's still the worst drama I've ever watched. I had a full year of watching tons of drama, and this is still the worst. The plot is disgusting and the characters are either psycho, evil or painfully stupid. I can't even believe someone thought of this drama and liked the idea of it. Ugh such a waste of good talented actors.
This was such a good drama, I love seeing women as strong and independent as the FL in dramaland. And the ML is really supportive, loving, faithful and handsome. Oh my, his face was perfection.
I almost gave up on this drama because of the negative comments, after watching 5 episodes. But the ML was so handsome I wanted to watch more of him so I watched the whole thing. It's an ok drama for when you have nothing else to watch. It's lightweight, with lot of romantic scenes. The ML is so flirty too and the FL is sweet but a bit naive. Their acting was a bit stiff in my opinion but it didn't bother me much. I feel like this could have been a really good drama, but the writers got lazy. In fact so many arcs of the storyline could have been explored more to deepen the story... but alas.
This was so good, the perfect mix between romance, detective genre & action without being draggy or too dark, no nonsense misunderstandings, with strong and intelligent female lead, supporting (and even feminist) male lead, without no over the top evil people... It was a solid 10/10 for me. I haven't skipped a scene and it was so entertaining. This is in my top 10 for sure. This is a light drama so don't think too much about "how nobody. knew she is a girl", it's the storyline, so just sit down and enjoy.
I might be among just a few but I totally understand Song Ah to be honest. She isn't selfish for choosing herself and her career. She isn't selfish because "she stopped him from moving on at some point". I do believe her feelings back then were genuine and I do think they are just different now. It doesn't mean she doesn't love him. She just love him differently than he does love her. And she has been honest with him "she isn't someone who would give everything for love".
She couldn't forsake that she would be given this opportunity to go abroad. Now she is faced with a situation and she has to make a decision. I think she do love him but I think she love herself more and I am all here for that. Yes HS is the kindest and most sincere man to her and sometimes in a relationship there is always one to love more than the other, and that happens to be him. And you know what ? There is nothing wrong with that. People give love differently in their own way.
She had to make a choice and she made the better choice for her. So I totally understand and support this decision. This is as realistic as it can get. Relationships in real life are this complicated. Even thought they are dating, it doesn't mean she can't make decisions by herself and for herself. And that doesn't make her selfish. Some relationships are like that, whether you understand/like it or not.
