And this, guys, is why we can't get nice things. Ye Fang. Leave that bastard. He has no honour. Also, let's all…
YGH is as despicable as CHJ, he let his friend on the mine field to get blow up then took away his military merits, then he didn't even bothered to check on him or help him get a good doctor or at least to get informed on how he was doing after, but he also took his girlfriend away. So don't pity him, he can take CHJ by hand and both go and rott in hell, they deserve eachother.
Woah, CHJ and Heizi fked up both XCS and QT's lives, good buddies they are. My blood boils, these trash men! Someone pls stab that LSY already! š XCS is really too forgiving, I wouldn't be able to forgive so much so often. And from the previews, looks like he even gonna open a business together with them. I rolled my eyes so hard... I hope is only QT and the other boys, not Heizi and CHJ. Waiting for karma to hit them hard lol.
If you only into this drama only for romance, which I hope you are not, then it might be different. But if you…
LOL what drama did you people watched? The final closure between XCS and HHL happened in ep. 20, when HHL left him in the hospital and never came back. I mean, seriously... In episode 27 XCS proposed to TXM to get married. Please skip less.
I've long waited for these moments, but now that they're actually happening, it suddenly feels surreal to me.IĀ …
You forget they've been several months together by now, he spent one month with her only in the hospital rehab, more months at home trying to recuperate his legs, XCS had plenty of time to develop his feelings for TXM and that confession was quite cute and realistic. Sometimes we tend to ignore the time flow in the drama and might feel that they have been together only a couple of weeks, when in fact they might have been together more than 6 months. Pretty realistic.
What does that mean exactly? I am not familiar with C ratings? Is this great or not? Thanks for explaining š
Is not just great, it's amazing. June for c-dramas is known to be the worst slot for airing because of the entrance exams, the ratings are awful on all TV channels because people just don't watch tv in this period. The months with the best rating slots are January/February, and if a drama is peaking at 1.6 - 1.8 is considered explosive. Peaking at 2.01 during the worst month of the year is indeed a huge achievement.
I commend the actresses for accepting this role where the authentic for the time period styling must be one of…
Indeed! I was thinking about this during the train scene when TXM went to accompany XCS, was the least flattering makeup an actress would get, but she still managed to look pretty.
I know many here are devoted fans of Xiao Zhan, actually this is my first completed drama with him as lead because…
I actually praised her acting in a couple of comments below. You might have missed them but other people praised her equally. Anyway, this is a male centric drama, it is normal that most of the comments come from Xiao Zhan fans. They indeed have great chemistry, but I doubt they will work in another project together, they already have like 5 works in which they have been in, I think would be too much.
This drama theme is not a popular niche in c-drama land, but it's amazing to withness how many fans all the cast members are gathering due to its explosive success. Very much deserved I'd say.
In my opinion, Xiao Zhan's acting skills have witnessed remarkable progress, placing him at par with the renowned stars of Hollywood. His performances in the past two episodes have been exceptional. The profound emotions conveyed through his expressive eyes, brimming with tears like precious pearls, had a profound impact on my heart. It was truly a captivating portrayal, I couldn't help but cry like a fountain. However, I felt that there was excessive focus on the new "business" aspect in the last episode. Personally, I would have preferred to witness more of the engaging interactions between TXM and XCS. I've never quite understood the praises for Ye Fang's cool-headedness. In my opinion, she tends to be excessively overbearing, and I find it difficult to tolerate her character, perhaps even to the same degree as HHL. While many commend HHL for her pragmatic nature and her ability to pursue her dreams, I believe that TXM surpasses her in pragmatism and clarity of goals from the very beginning. TXM has always aspired to become a doctor and to have XCS by her side. The difference lies in her subtler approach, not as overt and forceful as HHL. Nonetheless, she ultimately achieves what she desires through patience, determination, and countless obstacles along the way, which I find truly admirable. This drama undoubtedly deserves top marks, it's an exceptional show.
Lol, should have taken a video! But the drama is really good & it deserves the acknowledgment it is getting.
The entire cast promised they would do something if the drama hit 28.000, the actress playing He Hongling did a live broadcast eating candied haws dipped in soy sauce, Liu Ruilin did a video where he danced and sang some acapella song, the actress playing Ye Fang also did a video with a videogame.
Remember in the first episode when XCS grabbed TXM's hand late but then hold it for long time... That was such a big forshadowing of what was to be their relationship later. Indeed XCS grabbed her hand late, but then never let her go after. This drama is full of little details that if you don't pay close attention it's easy to miss something important.
XCS is really too forgiving, I wouldn't be able to forgive so much so often. And from the previews, looks like he even gonna open a business together with them. I rolled my eyes so hard... I hope is only QT and the other boys, not Heizi and CHJ. Waiting for karma to hit them hard lol.
