Because China is more strict with the TV series rules and Hunan is censoring some bits of the episodes in order to air on TV. The online drama rules are more relaxed and the Online version (DVD one) contains all the clips. This is the official reply from WeTV.
Lol what! The only 2 official websites that owns the airing license abroad, and these are WeTV and their multi-language channels and Viki. Everywhere else you see this drama, is pirated! WeTV is the extension overseas of Tencent, if they didn't uploaded the 4th ep, it means there should be nowhere else, unless is pirated, and kisshs has the raw PIRATED 4th already and as like dramacool are pirate websites that doesn't pay for license and doesn't sub their own. If they were licensed you would see them linked here on MDL page by the mods, and they are not. You doesn't help anyone, for certain you doesn't help the cast, crew, production etc to gain back on the investment of their hard work by promoting pirated websites. Stop spreading misinformation!

Just finished watching ep. 3, I thoroughly enjoyed it! Awesome stuff so far, the acting is on point, I couldn't help not getting emotionally invested after today events, my dad suffering from cancer and I could relate so much with their feelings. Cannot wait for the next ep, I'm already addicted! 😍
What is the difference between the TV and online version?
It's TV version and DVD Version, the first is broadcast by Hunan satellite TV and due to their strict tv regulations, the episodes might suffer slight censoring. (kissing less I guess?) WeTV made a clarification on Twitter regarding the episodes: there are 2 versions, one TV aired by Hunan, might be censored, one aired by Tencent/WeTV which is the DVD version and is the original one.
