Oh sure! Well, it was a rollercoaster of emotions. First it started with Lin Zhixiao understanding why her dad ran away from the hospital. He wanted to go to their old house because she did a 100 to-do-list with her dad when she was little, and he wanted to accomplish at least some of them before the operation because was afraid something might go wrong. Was a moving scene but also hilarious because GW wanted to console her and didn't knew how, their first hug was somewhat cute and made me laugh. Then there was the surgery, they showed Gu Wei in a doctor serious setting while operating Lin dad, was very cool to see for a change. Towards the end, Dr. Gu arranged for LZX to play the cello on an exhibition charity concert in the hospital so helped her to get the main spot on the orchestra. This is a very brief summary, there are many highlights that I ignored, I let you discover them by watching on your own. :)

Yeah, I couldn't help last night but to watch episode 6, then I regret because it was the TV series one and got butchered... I feel like from ep 6 the tone of the drama will slightly change and we will get to see more of the second couple and their back story. Which I'm totally not interested to see. Yeah the cousin apparently got his man-whore genes from his dad and his lacking attitude from his mom. Weird association with Gu Wei, but looking at GW's mom and her fixation with his marriage, it starts to not feel so strange anymore.

Side story, not related to the drama: while I was accompanying my dad to chemo, there was someone else's dad who was treating all the nurses and doctors on the ward really rude, like a total jerk and he was around 70 yo or something. His daughter/niece was very embarrassed and was keep apologizing but all the medical staff was very kind and understanding and was comforting her because he was not in the right state of mind. So yeah, I can relate with the rudeness of the dad, unfortunately it happens a lot. :/
