Ofc its art reminds you of seinen manga. :) The mangaka is heavily influenced by the seinen genre. They have also created seinen manga.

Kind reminder that not all BLs are 'rose-colored,' they can discuss serious issues (e.g., SA, mental health) and yeah, the creators may be straight men, queer men, queer women, straight women, etc etc. The moment I saw the profile of this drama, I immediately knew there are gonna be comments like 'It's not BL, it's LGBTQ+ '. I have no problem with it if you don't regard this as BL, but some of you are sounding as if you might have prejudices against BL and their audience.
