Does anybody know how old the characters are in this series? I only know that Song is 17/18.
Nut and Gen are both 27. Tatarn should be 28 (as is Neung, if he had been alive).
Saen and Na? A bit hard to guess, but it seems they both married their respective spouses in their late twenties or even later (since both were already working), and so probably around 55-60.
So the mom has schizophrenia (and it’s genetic) and that’s ‘maybe’ one of the reasons she sees her so…
If you pay close attention to the EP 3 when the doctor mentioned about the schizophrenia, it was mentioned that it can be genetic, and immediately also mentioned that it can also be due to trauma.
The doctor also asked Nut if there had been particularly traumatic experience, and Nut mentioned about how she was very badly affected by his father’s death.
For Nut’s mom, Mrs. Na, it is likely due to trauma.
After watching episode 3, I think it will not be a real bl anymore, I think they are fooling us, It started well…
It is definitely BL and even can be considered LGBT, as both Nut and Gen are openly gay. There is no way this can be fooling us, and plus, the music video and all have already shown us the kiss (it's out there in YouTube).
This will be one of the greatest BL/LGBT series, after Bad Buddy, Not Me and others that recently aired. Quality wise and popularity wise too.
Bad Buddy just passed 160 million views milestone in YouTube a few hours ago!Current total: 160,135,000Plus, EP…
It is still possible for Bad Buddy to pass 170 million before end of April and 180 million by end May, as its viewing trend has been holding steady for all the episodes so far.
So, 200 million by July/August isn't too far-fetched.
First not all you see on trailers or teaser enter the series. As to Tofu/Neung it is interesting as when Teddy…
So far, what had been shown in the teasers and trailers match the story very precisely, so I believe that most if not all of it will appear in the series.
There are a lot of possibilities, and it includes what you mentioned, as I have thought of it too, that Neung might have in fact secretly liked Nut, but just like Nut, could not bring himself to admit it before he passed away.
And that might have been part of the reason why he lingered and ended up in the teddy bear.
I noticed that GMMTV went on emergency salvage mode two times at least, when they released Still 2gether so quickly after 2gether the Series. And the other one is when they released ForceBook's own show and air it parallel to Enchante when it was still airing.
For the first case, it was to salvage the backlash 2gether was getting (although it's still wildly popular), due to that infamous 'high-five' and lack of chemistry in the leads among several other issues, even so far to get P'Aof to direct the sequel. Plus it would be good for GMMTV to keep up the 2gether wave strong to gain more popularity for its brand, which continued all the way to the 2gether movie late of last year.
For the second one, I shared about the very low viewership of Enchante earlier on yesterday (I actually expected it to do much better at the beginning, not Bad Buddy level, but at least comparable if not more than Not Me). The ForceBook show came out before Enchante aired even halfway, much earlier than OhmNanon's show which happened only two months after Bad Buddy completed airing. This was perhaps to salvage the ForceBook pairing for another series that hopefully can be better received/not as underwhelming popularity wise as Enchante had been.
Just what I observed and felt. (Anyway, I believe that special episode(s) of Bad Buddy will still be coming up in the near future)
I just came back from visiting Immortality MDL page and I saw this very recent comment: (Note: Just sharing this for fun - not about competition or anything ):) - plus I mentioned it a lot before, that comment numbers is not what matters, it is the quality that matters ):) )
'HYX's clowns can now challenge any page on MDL that if they have 60k comments?'
and a reply from the same person
'Ohh that's right too!! i went to business proposal page and there they were discussing which page has most comments . so most of them were saying 30k -32k but someone said better you go to HYX page that has over 60k comments . HYX only page where they have seen so many comments!!'
(Most of those saying 30k-32k means that they know all those series like The Long Ballad, Start-Up and Snowdrop, but totally missed out on Bad Buddy)
Ahem, Bad Buddy exists ok? And we surpassed HYX/Immortality's tally and was first to 50k ever in MDL. This proves that a lot of people out there didn't even know about Bad Buddy or haven't known it yet, and I mean it (I said it before).
(I don't really want to bring this up, but as mentioned before, we are still #1 MDL series in comments for a series/film/show that has already at least gotten airing confirmation and been aired)
Whether people like to watch it or not is another matter entirely, but it is fact that many people out there have not yet known what Bad Buddy is, or who Pat and Pran are. It may seem to be very popular, but compared to all those most popular Chinese series (even the more mediocre ones), Korean series and Netflix series, Bad Buddy still deserves a lot more recognition and popularity (and yes, more than 2gether the Series and its sequel too)
Based on trends 2 weeks or so after airing is completed, Bad Buddy gained about 20 million plus views in that…
I have tested with VPN. Not Me is no longer restricted in those countries (which there are only a few in fact). It was restricted during airing because of agreement with other companies that purchased the right to air Not Me, like IWantTFC for the Philippines for example.
Bad Buddy was also similarly restricted although slightly less than Not Me. Most prominently was that it was restricted in Thailand for a month after each episode (while 2gether for example was available in Thailand in YouTube during live airing).
I am just curious with the music video and all the intro where it obviously shows Tofu/Neung character having significantly different appearance compared to Tofu at the start of the series.
Plus the fact that Tofu can suddenly play basketball really well and his own admission that his hands move on its own - just as Neung was a great basketball player.
It made me think as I had before, that eventually Tofu and Neung’s psyche/soul/experience will merge, all through the ‘miracle’ of Teddy Bear.
Maybe Neung’s soul and psyche was there all along, and unable to move on yet due to the nature of his passing (by accident). And due to the supernatural power of the comet, it allowed him to merge with the teddy bear filled with Nut’s emotions, of which Neung has always been his tee-rak (most beloved) one.
What Nut experienced was a relatively one-sided love from his perspective, and he never dared to reach out and told Neung about his love for him. But maybe through Tofu, Neung got the chance to experience the love that Nut never dared to tell him 10 years prior.
Current standing of most recent shows by views in YouTube (as of today)1. Bad Buddy: 159,890,0002. Cutie Pie:…
Based on trends 2 weeks or so after airing is completed, Bad Buddy gained about 20 million plus views in that timeframe, while Not Me gained less than 5 million views.
Again, I just want to reiterate that, main reason for the lower viewership of Not Me is not the lack of promotion. It is the genre of Not Me that while is liked by a lot of the fan of the genre, but it ultimately still has less potential viewers than a lighter series like Cutie Pie and Bad Buddy.
(Plus Bad Buddy has great rewatchability too - a significant portion of the 55 million views it gained in the past 75 days is from people rewatching its episodes again)
OffGun's power couple did help the series a lot. If Not Me had been helmed by any couple much less prominent, it might have even significantly lesser viewership.
The same goes for Bad Buddy. I mentioned this before, but had it not been for P'Aof to direct this series, and if Ohm and Nanon did not play Pat and Pran, it might have had far lower viewership (and yes, probably even lower than what Not Me managed to get right now.)

I mentioned this earlier a few days ago here, and I am glad that others are feeling the same too, regarding Nut and his background, and how all of that affected his actions.
And also the fact that both Nut and Ken/Gen are gay, no drama or anything regarding that or the usual, I don't like guys but I only like you trope. (Which was why I am very much attracted to Bad Buddy too, since Pat and Pran there are also the same plus none of this trope, although Pran is the one more decidedly gay there)
It's been 77 days - 11 Fridays without Bad Buddy (:(

Ohm has joined the Monday Knights FC too, so that means he'll get to be together with Nanon even more.
