Yeah it represents the god of destruction, its actually a very sacred symbol with strong religious sentiments attached to it and that's why I think showing it like that will be controversial for the series

Okay so what khao did was equivalent to wearing a sacred locket of some kind and having kinky sex which I agree would piss off some but personally I don't think his shirt was being used as a prop for that scene so it isn't very serious
But in the manwha he has a religious symbol tattooed on his lower back, which generally is linked with making your back look more sexy, and there are scenes where the top is caressing that part while his waist part is highlighted during the sex scenes. You can clearly see the motive here that the tattoo is clearly used to increase the sex appeal during those scenes
