Clearly Ju-Won look San-Ha as her brother, but San-Ha didn't see Ju-Won as his sister. Now that Ju-Won feel that…
Very much agree. The Korean version is doing its best to ensure that the romance develops naturally without causing distaste to the viewer.
In the original Chinese drama, the leads were written to have a more sibling relationship and affection, so when the romance starts to develop, it causes some kind of "incest" distaste that even caused some of the viewers (at that time) to stop watching and drop the drama. I remember some of the viewers' comments saying something like: they are like brother and sister, how come they develop romantic feelings for each other?
I am happy that this Korean version handles this much better.
Anyway, I managed to finish watching the last episode earlier. A crap ending, sorry to say.
This was a very beautifully written drama from the start, I really enjoyed the first 7 (or 8, or 9?) episodes of the drama. Then it started to go downhill and was not able to recover. It really had the potential to be the best drama of the year, tbh.
What save the drama are Sin Hye Sun's acting and the cinematography. Sin Hye Sun's acting as Hyeri was the best, we love the Hyeri character very much, but then she never showed up again in the second half of the drama.
Hye-yeon is very cute but she didn't have much screen time. Hyun-oh character development is felt to be rushed. No closure on Ju-yeon's fate, did he manage to forget Hyeri? Did he end up with Hye-yeon?
And what really happened to the real Hyeri? Did she just go missing? Is she dead, was the body found? Was the small house Eunho (as Hyeri) stayed for a month the same house the real Hyeri stayed when she disappeared? No explanation and closure on that as well.
I'm halfway through episode 12 now and unsure if I want to finish. This is the first time I have lost interest in watching a final episode of a drama. I even fast-forwarded some of the scenes in the first half of the episode.
[WARNING: SPOILER BELOW]
Yesterday, I said I was worried that the ending would be rushed. I was hoping that it was indeed Hyun-o who got hit by the pick-up truck (yes, I'm that cruel!), Eun-ho got wrecked again, Hye-ri showed up, and then Ju-Yeon would come to Hyeri to comfort her.
Then at least Ju-Yeon would still have the chance.
Ep 11 is dedicated for JY's closure though? Eun ho even dedicated 1 special day for him as their last date & final…
I think no closure for Ju-yeon as yet, he still can't accept that he has lost Hyeri. And with the plot twist at the end of episode 11, Hyeri might come back and Ju-yeon might have another chance.
Let's see tonight! Just one episode to go, hope the ending won't be rushed!
Episode 5, the detective needs to tell on person on his team about what he knows. Keeping secrets won't help on…
This! Can't agree more. He should share the information with his colleagues and work together to find the culprit (regardless of whoever is the culprit, her daughter or someone else).
What happened at the end of episode 11 is unexpected. If it's indeed Hyun-oh gets hit and doesn't survive, it will wreck Eun-ho and affect her healing progress. Hyeri might show up again.
If that happens, I guess Ju-yeon will come into picture?

The sound effect every time Juwon blinks is cute. :)

Alas, that's not what's happening.
Sigh.
