I was so excited for this drama. Specially for Go Min Si to play a psychopathic killer and boy did she not disappoint.…
There were some connections between the past and present:
- Young Bomin and older Bomin - Young Giho and older Giho - Yeong-ha met old Sang-jun at the nursing home - Yeong-ha met older Giho at his place (when he planned to shoot Hyang-cheol).
but he kind of did asked for police help to find his daughter before going back to the house
Have finished watching. He met Bomin along the way, that's why they came up to trap Seong-a. If Bomin didn't intercept him, he might proceed to settle on his own hands.
I am at episode 7 now. I don't understand why ahjussi Yeong-ha didn't get any police help after sending his ahjussi friend Yong-chae to the hospital. Because Seong-ah still have the ahjussi's daughter Ui-seon with her?
I don't understand why he would still try to fix the issue on his own. And what happened to Gi-ho after the ahjussi saved him from killing himself? Did he get the gun from Gi-ho? Why Gi-ho didn't go out and help him?
Sadly, I have an uneasy feeling that NY will get a redemption arc. The reason the Writer makes NY gets postpartum…
I got a hunch that you are right, Nexe. From the way how the writer makes Suji to have sympathy on her in the last two episodes (despiteNa-young tried to destroy her in the last 100 episodes), and for the Na-young character to seem to have post-partum depression, there might be a redemption arc coming her way.
I think the writer needed the extra episodes to rework NY’s fate. Viewers would have gone crazy with an “all…
Seeing how Ara was being treated by her biological mom is heartbreaking, not "heartwarming and healing". But that could also because I was so immersed in the drama and I just can't believe that a mom can be that heartless to her own biological daughter.
But yes, seeing Woo Chang proposed to both Sun Young and Ara asking them to be his wife and daughter is indeed heartwarming and healing. :)
Who cried watching Ara being abandoned by her biological mom, again? I cried.
The child actress portraying Ara (Yoon Chae-na) is amazing. She acts so well, her cry seems real and natural. I've been a fan of her since The Love In Your Eyes.
I really don't get Jae Suk's reaction to Mo Eum wanting to date Dan Ho. I know single parents are kind of looked…
it's not about single parent, it's about raising another person's child instead of her own child.
when mo-eum's mom said she wanted to have a granddaughter like yeondu, she wanted mo-eum to get married and have children of her own, not referring to yeondu to be her granddaughter.
i guess that's what she meant. but yeah i agree that mo-eum's mom's reaction is a bit too harsh and unrealistic.
So, Yeon-du is not Dan-ho's daughter. She is Dan-ho's niece.
Yeon-du's mom and dad, as well as her grandmother and grandfather, have passed away due to an accident. I feel sad and sorry for Yeon-du, I can't imagine losing both parents at such a young age.
And poor Dan-ho, having to lose his parents, brother and sister-in-law, and have to take care of Yeon-du who has lost everything.
I have completed watching the whole drama. The last episode was boring with a lot of fillers. The story is quite simple and should have been completed in 6-8 episodes.
The ML's brother (Si Won) is hands-down the best character in the drama. A very good elder brother to the ML who supports him no matter what. And his realisation of his love for his arranged wife (Mi-jin) is so cute and funny, I love seeing them on screen compared to the main couple, sorry, lol.
A decent drama, but might be boring to watch for some.

I hope we were wrong.
So it was implied that she took them, noted. So selfish! Aaarrrgh...

It's just a matter of how good the parents raised the child.
Even the Yeon-du's character is not 100% perfect. Nobody is perfect, but good children like Yeon-du exist in real life.
