My tears fall again seeing the hospital scene in episode 11. Yuna and Jang Nara are really great actresses!
I have said this and will say it again. Children are always the biggest victims in divorce cases.
Since the divorce has been settled, I think the drama now will touch the post-divorce issues, what will be the impact to the parents and especially the children.
So the divorce is concluded by the 10th episode. Sara had a miscarriage and decided to go back to her mom and her hometown. Jisang doesn't have anything now, he lost custody of his daughter and lost his mistress and their baby as well.
Didn't expect this to conclude so soon, feel a bit rushed.
Will see how the remaining 6 episodes will turn out. I already felt the last one-third of episode 10 is a bit draggy.
The plot might not be everyone's cup of tea. It can be confusing sometimes.
i guess it's because not everyone (including myself) has read the webtoon. i found the plot to be very confusing. especially with a lot of flashbacks and timeline jump back and forth. but yes i still enjoy this drama very much. :)
Mizuki said this to Tsuno after visiting the planetarium: "I haven't painted my nails since college. Once I had a kid, I feel like I'm slowly losing colour in my life."
She then continued: "Our apartment is filled with colourful toys, but seeing our bank statements, the future looks pitch black."
Girl -- that's the consequence of you raising your daughter alone, and depriving her dad from knowing her existence! If only you told him, he could have helped you to raise your daughter together.
You will be surprised that this special episode is not like that -- it's not recaps or interviews. They are really part of the drama's storyline but seen from a different perspective.
In this case, the special episode contains a flashback when Mizumi was raising Umi alone, with Tsuno's help -- and how their relationship develops. Because the timeline for this is several years before the current one, they casted a younger actress to play Umi.
It was only a matter of time before the police contacted MR and WR about the DNA registry, so JT rushed trying…
Ah yes, now I understand why JT is rushed in revealing it. Since when both of them registered their DNA, the police can check if they are matched by just checking on the DNA registry system.
Have only seen a couple of episodes. I cant believe NY has gotten. She seemed so cute and bubbly in the episodes…
If you want to see how cute NY was, watch one of the earlier episodes. I can't remember which one, but there was a scene when Soo-kyung and Na-young were alone at home. Soo-kyung was sad because she missed her mom. Na-young wanted Soo-kyung unnie to play with her at the playground, but Soo-kyung was not in the mood to play and she brushed her off.
Moments later, she fell asleep and her father (Jang-su) woke her up, asking where is Na-young. She didn't know, and her father immediately looked for Na-young while her stepmother (Yun-ja) berated her for not looking after her little sister.
Soo-kyung decided to find Na-young on her own, and went to the playground. She found her in the playground, playing alone. They hugged. Cute sibling moment (even though they were not sisters by blood) - so heartwarming.
Nobody would predict that the two cute siblings would become sworn enemies when they are adults.
In my home country, leaving a 5-year-old kid to be alone at home on their own is considered neglect.

Best child actress for you at the SBS Drama Awards end of this year!

But I don't know, by the end of episode 6, it looks like everyone can be suspects!
Good point! Didn't realise that before.
