I hope this drama's writernim will go that route -- that the two main leads will not be together at the end.

I agree with what you said about Hyun-woo's disappearance. The boy was 5 years old in Korean age so he's actually still 4 years old in international age standard. I know Jin-tae had emergency to attend an urgent patient but how could he leave a 4-year-old boy alone for 35 minutes?

I almost cried watching the flashback scene when the poor little boy waited alone playing with his ambulance toy. I am sad and surprised that nobody paid attention that he was all alone during the period. If I find a 4-year-old boy alone in a public place, I would definitely ask him where's his parents, and will ensure that I'll be by his side until his parents come.

Anyone else thinks that Yang Hyun-min who portrays Jae-soo looks very similar to Seo Hyun-woo who portrays the satoori-spoken villain Seong-jo in A Shop for Killers? I thought he was him initially until I cross-checked the cast list, lol.

This is a drama which I couldn't finish but I have rewatched the first episode many many times.

I rewatched the first episode for the great and amazing acting of Nam Da Reum (young Ji-pyeong), Heo Jung Eun (young Dalmi), Lee Re (young Injae) and Kim Hae Sook (halmeoni).

Which is bad. I like the fact that Dr Han thinks the Madangjib is his haven, and I always like the scenes when he's there enjoying the food.

It's not that I'm shipping him with Sun-young, though. I think Woochang will be the best person to be by her side.

There was a one-day delay due to a skipped day (last night was the 76th episode while it was supposed to be 77th), so the cliffhanger's episodes now happen on Monday's episodes not Friday's episodes anymore.

The cliffhanger episodes are those episodes that can be divided by 5 (e.g. 75th, 80th, 85th episodes and so on)

I think everyone here already knew even from the earlier episodes.

They have already started dating. Suji and Do-young are not blood-related, so I think that should be OK.

I think it'll be Sun-Young who will have issues once she finds out that Doori's boyfriend is Jangsu's son. Do-Young is practically Sun-Young's stepson (although they didn't know each other).
