Let’s talk about Chicken Fed! What a man! Like a box full of surprises every day. “Can do this… oh you didn’t know? … long ago I’ve been disciple of …. Huh, do I look like a beggar?…. So what?….” Brilliant.

I also like her a lot. A clever, level headed woman. Not faint hearted. Lovely.

Ryan Cheng got my attention in Queen of Attack already (both instalments). He is doing well. Just as here.
The FL is new to me, she is good. What a nice surprise, this drama. Again, one of the mini ones.

However, Ryan Cheng is also a very fine man, with or without that shirt.
Was actually thinking that the nice scene of them together, short drama or not, the makers didn’t cut that short. For us, the viewers.

Almost no romance. 16 episodes in and pretty much zero. There is one woman around and she contributes positively to solving cases. We know she is in love with the general, and probably they will end up together , but the whole story is not about them. Anyway, for me yet another positive surprise this year by iQiyi.

This is like Sherlock Holmes and his Doctor Watson. Su Wu Ming and Lu Ling Feng. Perfect.

If you check out his filmography here on MDL you’ll find that he has been main lead quite some time, and in quality productions (I’ve seen only Lost love in time and The Dark Lord only, before his support role in Dream of splendour earlier this year, but he is a versatile actor who always gets the more multifaceted personality roles). Enjoy :).

She is still a student, post graduate. Around 24 in drama? Then around 6 years? Anyway, she looks so young and lovely!

Totally unexpected indeed, and for me in many ways soooo much better than other ongoing stories! Can’t wait for next episode!
