I really like the female lead, it is their acting that makes the story good. Story and actors goes hand in hand or else I should be the female lead if anyone can be replaced. Having said that it could also be the female lead withdrawing from season 2 - similar to arthdal chronicles where all the main cast are being replaced because they are too busy with other projects? Anyway all love to both female actresses!
I actually rewatch the episode a few times when she was reciting the story of how she gained the books from the king’s concubine who died to the king. Is she getting a lot of hate because of Jun Ho 🤪
So it seems like Ouyang is evil and has already forgotten Paner once he attained 3rd scholar ranking. Was it all an excuse when he said his fiancé is vicious and will kill any woman that looks at him? And the actual fact is his fiancé is a nice non evil person?
Also like to think she has no regrets in her choice to break up as she can’t even remember about the seaside “school” trip. She is reminiscing because she wants her daughter to not give up on her passion etc. life goes on :)
Not the ending I would have wanted but happy that he has a good career and was able to reunite his family together. He did say he wanted to be like Hee Do’s mum. I like to think Hee Do is happy in her marriage. I suppose she could have said I want to retire and spend more time with my family 😝 but maybe the writers left it ambiguous on purpose. Even marriage will have ups and downs!
