Sorry when I said yeah, I meant he is gay in the novel. As I remember I think there was a point where even Tian mentions that he's (Phupha) only interested in men and Torfun didn't have a chance. If you look even his friend, Dr. Nam senses the attraction that Phupha has towards Tian.

I didn't particularly think too hard on his acting in LBC and TOL though. Maybe cuz he didn't have that big of a role there? His acting was ok. Yes. Here we should totally praise him. He has jumped miles in terms. Even the slightest change in expression is well measured. I won't say he's on par with super talented actors but he's reaching a certain point. I think both your reasons work for it. He seems comfortable in his role, his partner is definitely much better suited for him which brings out more natural reactions out of him and also I think the directing helped. Backaof has pushed both Mixx and Earth in the right direction. If you watch the BTS of this, you can see that both Earth and Mixx have worked with each other even in their spare times to improve their characters and that has definitely helped. Also throughout last year the two of them had many lessons and such (you can see them in their insta) so I think the latter of your reasoning also makes sense. Sorry for the super long explanation XD

Earth had definetely improved miles in this one. I agree too. I wasn't a fan of either Newwie or Earth in WaterBoyys but here Earth keeps surprising me non-stop. Honestly I love his chemistry with Mix 1000 times more than his chemistry with Newwie.

Agreed. I've been in the rabbit hole of EarthMixx for over an year now and I am so glad that they didn't disappoint us. Even though there aren't any 'romantic scenes' per say, you can definitely see their chemistry. I love how their real life Tom-and-Jerry chemistry translates on screen to this slowburn but yet sizzling one XD
