This such a well written article. You really have researched well. I've always been super confused when it comes to the Novoland Universe, you've really helped me :) Job well done!!
At first I was skeptical. The story was giving a new outlook on the BL genre and I liked that aspect. Kao's acting had improved in thousands in this compared to UWMA and Up really intrigued so I kept on watching. After a while I was invested in everyone's stories. They really did build up the story slowly but clearly. But after episode 9 all I can say, GIVE THESE STAFF A F***ING RAISE. From the writer to the director to the cast....... this is truly an eye opener. It does not shy away from real issues and gives it to the audience point blank. I'm not saying this is perfect but there is something that truly sets this apart from others. After masterpieces like ITSAY, ATOTS I was somewhat not sure how this would live up to those but now I will clearly say that Lovely Writer is definitely in my top 5!!! I'm truly sad for those who dropped the show during the first two episodes giving the lame excuse that the sound effect were too much.

Yep. JittiRain wrote this but I think even the directing gives the vibe of 2gether. And I don't mean that in a negative light at all. I like both the shows.

Oh my god. YYY took absurdity to another level and surprisingly I enjoyed it XD And I'm someone who considers shows like ITSAY, ATOTS and GSP my top three. Sometimes you just have to take a break from all the seriousness and sit back and have a good laugh after all XD

This for me personally is breath of fresh air and actually what I was expecting from Tonhon Chonlathee which disappointed me so much (Once again just my personal opinion). And I do agree with your previous statement. I liked 2gether and enjoyed it too but I too think it was overrated and the humor here is actually more of my taste.

What will actually happen to this? I mean the EarthMix ship is sailing hard so making this in middle would be a disaster XD Then again I hope Earth gets more shows. The boy proved himself to the whole freaking world!!!
Finished it finally. My previous thoughts are still the same for me. I have to give it to them though, we have a mature storyline and definitely a good change from our typical BLs but they had space to make this a masterpiece and missed few points. The cinematography was beautiful and they had some solid characters and most importantly they had a great foundation as the original source material was brilliantly written. The side couples definitely hooked me on more (sad cuz I simply love MaxTul) but then again this is a psychological affect. Most of the time we are drawn to the secondary couples cuz they give us a taste of it only and then we crave for more of them. Dr. Oat was a cutie and my favorite alongside Sorawit. They were so freaking adorable. Hopefully we'll get a spin-off with the four of them too (I won't spoil the couples as the last one was a surprise to all of us)
